At about 12:45pm, I observed Tina was screaming at Alyssa Wolfe and two other service crew workers “cherry-picking” on the R17. After my one-on-one discussions with all the service crew workers, it became apparent that Tina Williams was dissatisfied with the way the service crew workers were working as well as the fact that Christian Segers and Alyssa Wolfe switched alleys mid-shift (a switch that they claimed was approved by Ana Velez). They also said that Tina Williams was cursing at them while complaining about the way they were working. Tina Williams denies swearing at anyone and says she was just concerned about the alley.
