There are people all over America who don’t acknowledge their freedoms that our ancestors fought for. By the dictionary’s definition of freedom, it means, “The power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.” To me, freedom means much more than this. Freedom is my way of life. It’s the only thing I’ve ever lived by. Many people who live in America today take their freedom for granted, which is terrible. I think we should cherish our freedoms and rights. If our war veterans hadn’t fought not only for our country, but our freedom, then we probably wouldn’t have either.
