“If the Blue meanies are going to get me they’d better get off their butts and do something” (Zodiac Killer). The Zodiac Killer, Who has remained unidentified is believed to have murdered six people. Later on, people come to the conclusion that those six victims were not the only ones. The crimes were committed primarily in northern California between 1966 and 1969. The Zodiac’s murders were the subject of a big investigation. The reign of the Zodiac Killer remains a mystery. Many people argue that the Zodiac Killer remained active through the 1980s. He supposedly murdered dozens of other people that remain unidentified. His first victims later, are revealed; however, it can’t be prove that the bodies revealed, were the victims of the Zodiac.

After the Zodiac sent out the 408-symbol cipher, he sent out another message to the police stating that if they could solve the cipher, they would have him. Unfortunately that is not how it worked out. They thought they came close with a few suspects. The suspects were never confirmed, so the zodiac remained nameless and unidentified. Two victims were identified between 1968 and 1969. Their names were Darlene Elizabeth Ferrin, age twenty-two, and Mike Mageau, age 19. They were shot four times with a nine millimeter semi-automatic pistol. Both victims were killed in secluded areas. Unfortunately, there were no witnesses to the crime (Definite Zodiac Victims). Later on, there were more victims identified (Definite Zodiac Victims). Their names were Betty Lou Jensen, age 16, and David Arthur Faraday, age 17. They were killed the same night on December 20, 1968 on Lake Herman Road within the city limits of Benicia. The next Victims were Cecilia Ann Shepard, age 22, and Bryan Calvin Hartnell, age 20.
