A project focused on developing educational technology research and studies that can be applied to areas such as student learning, curriculum and instruction and assessment and evaluation. For example: how can technology influence student academic performance? CARET is a collaboration between the International Society for Technology in Education, Education Support Systems, the Sacramento County Office of Education with funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
