Action Plan In order to achieve the goals and objectives, HR must commit wholeheartedly to our initiatives; thinking them through at the front-end and executing decisively according to plan. Furthermore, HR needs to maintain flexibility and deftly adapting when circumstances demand. The functional action plan will include management from each major function in the organization i.e.; transfer agency, learning and development, client relations, intermediary operations, and marketing. The functional action plan will outline the specific actions needed in order, to address each strategic goal, responsible party for accomplishing that objective, and a timeline for completion. The relationship between HR and managers is extremely important as HR is dependent on managers to carry out the programs that were designed by HR (Gomez-Mejia, 2016). If the programs are not followed through, then the strategic plan will fail. To ensure the programs are being followed HR will hold quarterly meetings with the business units to discuss the measurable results produced for each strategic goal, methods for verifying and evaluating the actual extent of implementation of the action plan, and to discuss the challenges around achieving these …show more content…

Since graduate school I have identified that I have trouble writing papers on subjects that are not of interest to me. I struggle to remain focus, and I get writer’s block often. It has been established that when and individual has selective attention they are generally working at the basic levels of perceptual identification (Weber & Johnson, 2009). One solution that I have utilized was taking scheduled breaks from completing the assignment. This would include reading a journal or two with taking notes than take a break.
Ms. Tomcala, Chief Executive Officer, announced that Ms. Pat McClelland is leaving the Health Plan after 20 years of service and that she has accepted a position with DHCS as Chief of the Systems of Care Division. I explained the purpose of the interview and explained that she was not the subject of the interview. Schemer explained that on Friday, December 11, 2015 at approximately 0610 hours, she was in the mail room along with PSS Perry when Hale came in and immediately made a statement about the more people he killed today, the better it would feel. There was no discussion or conversation prior to Hale’s violent statements, he literally walked in and announced he wanted to kill people that day. While Schemer understands current policy forbids clandestine recording of co-workers, she felt it necessary to record his statements due to their violent nature, therefore she hit the record button on her iPhone. Schemer went on to describe Hale’s continued

dent orders. The information will be delivered to TV screens located in the kitchen for chefs to prepare meals from. The solution will interact with nurses and intern staff as tablets will be used to place resident meal orders. Kitchen staff will interact with order confirmation screens but the head chief will have the ability to change or update meal possibilities.
On the individual assignment, my selection was changed. I chose Geoff McGraw, James Butler, Donald Heap, and Patience Butler. (See Appendix A for detail). My rational for choosing these four individuals to return to earth was to foster a learning environment in which a culturally diverse group including, younger, middle aged, and mature individuals would interact with one another by bringing their different life experiences to the table. Choosing the same age group helps the individuals to understand each other and able to cooperate each other.
Last year was awesome, but that does not mean I can’t fix a few things. My first resolution would be to get ready for school faster in the morning. When I wake up I am tired, and when I’m tired I’m slow. To fix this I‘m going to go to bed at 8:50 max on school nights.
On a daily basis, employees of a corporation, or business enterprise uses different email servers to communicate with coworkers, customers, and others that are not associated with the business. One of the most commonly used email server is Microsoft Outlook (Lindsey, 2013). The program is used to share information, and multimedia attachment files both (Lindsey, 2013). Individuals within the scope of an organization prefer to use the instant messaging option over sending email, simply because it saves time. Most employees are not aware of the fact that even if they delete their messages, it can still resurface at a later date, but only if is necessary.
If I could change the assignment I would make the requirements clearer in the assignment document in the checklist. Additionally, standardized scaling needs to be used, as some TA’s grade differently than other TA’s. The assignments have many unwritten expectations and requirements not only for content but also in formatting. These issues need to be addressed to not only minimize confusion amongst the students, but also to decrease the amount of time TA’s repeat themselves about these unwritten requirements.
