Over the years, there have been many possible theories of different information and symbols hidden on the American one dollar bill. These symbols could possibly lead to the uncovering of the secrets of the framers of this nation and maybe even their undisclosed intentions while building the United States of America. One of the symbols discovered is so small that a magnifying glass may be needed to see it. On the front side of the dollar bill are small “1”s at each corner of the note. On the top-left corner of the top-right “1” appears to be one of two images. It can be seen as an owl peeking over the number or a spider crawling across it. Either way, it has tremendous meaning. The owl is a very significant and a widely used symbol in the art of freemasonry. It was the symbol for Minerva, the goddess …show more content…
If it is in fact a spider on the “1”, this can be seen as a satanic representation or a symbol of evil as spiders are one of the many symbols for Satan. Another hidden symbol is a possible portrayal of the Hindu god Shiva. Shiva is known as “the destroyer” and can be seen on either side of the bottom left-hand “ONE” on the back side of the one dollar bill in the spirals of lines. She is seen with her hair in a bun, as traditionally depicted. Lastly, the one dollar bill could possibly feature the Maltese Cross on the back side of the dollar bill in the top-left corner within the “1” and “ONE”. The Maltese Cross is the symbol of the Knights of Malta, or otherwise known as, the Knights Hospitallers. The group’s full name was The Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of St. John of Jerusalem of Rhodes and of Malta. In 1798, the Order’s Island fortress and home of Malta was captured by Napoleon Bonaparte and many of the Hospitallers financiers fled to the newly independent country of America. This could possibly explain how a symbol from a country an ocean away could appear on the dollar
NUMBER 1 This is a gun on top of a pair of handcuffs. It represents Antoine shooting himself rather than going to jail. “As has been previously reported, Meunier’s son, Antoine Meunier, shot himself with an antique firearm at the family property in order to avoid being taken into custody” (Foley 354). To me, this made the most sense for a tattoo because he obviously did not want to be arrested for something that he did not do. He would rather be dead than in jail.
I believe that there will be an underground city in One Piece. Which will have enormous aquifers. If there 's one in the future. It could be possible that they could have another Poneglyph or at least had been an ally of the Ancient Kingdom. Whichever, the case maybe the circles are definitely a foreshadowing of something important.
America needs to stop using the penny. Every year the U.S. wastes around 55 million dollars on making pennies. They are harmful to the environment. Cost more to make then they are worth. So the U.S. needs to stop using them.
Three symbols stand out and create an allegory. The Scarecrow, The Lion, and the Tin Woodman represents three symbols that intertwine together to represent the political era during the 19th century. The first symbol in the The Wizard of Oz represents the Scarecrow. The Scarecrow hung on a post in a great big cornfield.
Symbolism is displayed from top to bottom within the figure itself. These symbols are meant to spread the statue’s message not only in America but all over the world. For example, the seven points on the crown exemplify the seven seas and continents around the globe. It emphasizes that liberty should be dispersed universally and shared among all people (Source D). Along with the idea of liberty and freedom is where the torch also makes its mark.
This symbol shows the battle we go through every day that is good and evil. These could also stand for not only our country, but others as well. I hope your eyes are opened to what these symbol mean to me about America. Let's start with the heart with the devil horns in the top, left corner. This symbolizes some of the evil that is around and in us.

While authors use symbols in their novels to help convey a message to their readers, people and organizations do the same in society today. Big organizations like the government try to portray their power and military strength, though sometimes they are just trying to portray a false sense of
The Great Seal is used for very important documents of the U.S. such as treaties, commissions of diplomatic personnel, and letters from the president to foreign leaders. The front of the seal is used on documents, see the seal is put on documents because its a symbol that is ours meaning its part of us kind of like a “signature” of the United States because it's to let others know its our document, so not only do the symbols of the seal tell others what the U.S. is. Many countries use seals on documents as well like a “signature” to let others know it's theirs but not many symbols have a deeper meaning than what is on the seal. The seal is made of a small metal disk that is put on the documents which is why one side can only be seen on the document which is the front side. You can’t see the back side of the seal anywhere except the one place you can see it is on the U.S. One-Dollar Bill (well google but that of course has
The statue’s design portrays a woman escaping away from the chains that stand at her feet, as well as her right hand that holds a burning torch so as to represent freedom. The freedom has seven rays that are on the top of her head, symbolizing the seven seas and continents that are in the world.
Cowboys gear were usually covered in the symbol, Western style bandanas, blankets, poker chips, bathrobes, hat pins, and many other products were made with the symbol. Even in advertising, the Swastika was commonly used. Though the Swastika had all this popularity and was used by many cultures and religions, its reputation was quickly ruined. “There are few ancient symbols that have been so dishonored. Yet at one time, the swastika simply meant good fortune and happy trails to the cowboy.”
The sign seen within Image E (source from URL: https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQLOG-9B80n-7xujPjjIqbcvbRiBCSUXaZ4nbTL_GGVqii_Puxf7w) is considered a motif as it is a prevalent iconographic symbol used repeatedly throughout the film. The image is symbolic of the alien race. It is clear with the “X” marked on the sig that the aliens are not wanted in that area. This iconographic symbol for the alien race becomes a hated symbol as it dehumanises them, and only focuses on their “prawn” like qualities. The iconographic symbol for the alien is almost always accompanied with the “X”, which has now associated itself with the fact that the aliens are not wanted.
The meaning of this to me is a deep one I feel it can’t be over stated. I got this tattoo to serve as a reminder to myself that as I get older that I should never forget who I am and stay true to who I really am. When I say stay true to myself I mean my beliefs, morals and my personality. This item has a “religious” significance as it’s a cross and I’m also Christian.
Now, tattoos with a heart symbol have come to mean more than a tribute to mothers everywhere. The Claddagh Ring An Irish symbol, the Claddagh includes an image of two hands holding a heart, topped by a crown. While the hands signify friendship, the heart and the crown represent love and loyalty, respectively. Musical Hearts Musical hearts involve an inverted treble clef joined with a bass clef to form a heart.
