Organisations capable of managing diverse workforce can augment their efficiency significantly through many ways. Some of which are:
• Social Responsibility
Considering the disadvantages of the society and culture in which we live, it is important to include diverse workforce in the organisations. Diversifying workforces can help organisations and individuals to work in diverse cultures and add more value in the existing system.
• Legal Compliance
Many organisations in different cultures work the under rules laid down by the government. Sometimes such rules, policies and procedures include legislative mandates to be non-discriminatory in their service practices. Non-compliance with such rules can result in fines and/or loss of contracts with

Individuals who enjoy coming to work generally produce more. The study also indicates that varied groups are usually more imaginative and inventive than identical groups.
Ways to Manage Diversity
• Clear Motivation
All the organisations should have a clear motivation and aim to work in collaboration with people of diverse backgrounds. Organisations should understand their need of the diverse workforce. In business terms, a varied workforce is what an organisation already has and learning to supervise that variety makes organisations more competitive.
• Expand organisation’s Focus
Organisations should expand their concentration on equal opportunities for the entire workforce. The management sees assenting act and equal employment opportunity as centred on minorities and women. However, the diversity mainly includes race, gender, creed, ethnicity, age, background, education, function, and personality differences.
• Audit organisation’s Culture
Organisations should create a culture that may digest unassimilated diversity, and then it will help them to decide what the current culture feels
