A 360-degree performance appraisal is an employee evaluation tool that includes feedback from a supervisor, subordinates, colleagues and customers. Managers and leaders within organizations use 360 feedback surveys to get an improved understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. 360-feedback measures behaviors and competencies .360 assessments offer feedback on how others observe an employee. 360 feedback addresses skills such as listening, planning, and goal setting.
