On April 27, 2018, MPD responded to the location of 5040 D Street SE Washington DC 20019 for a gunshot victim. Shot spotter registered at the location for multiple sounds of gunshots at 2242 hours. When officers arrived at the location, they located the complainant in apartment number 11 suffering from a single gunshot wound to his lower left leg. Medic #30 responded to the scene and transported him to Prince Georges County Hospital for further medical treatment.

On April 30, 2018, Detective Adams showed W-1 a photo array which contained Antoine Dutch AKA Antoine Palmer in the number (8) eight position. W-1 reviewed the array and then advised that they did not recognize anyone in the photo array. W-1 seemed nervous and quick to pass the array back to Detective Adams.
W-1 was then presented an array which contained Mr. Charles McKinley Dutch III. W-1 reviewed the array and identified the photograph in the number Eight (8) position as the individual who to the apartment building door with a gun in his hand. W-1 then circled the photograph and initialed next to the picture. W-1 then signed the array confirming her answers.

I responded to 106 Wildridge Road in reference to a civil complaint. Upon arrival, I spoke with Mark and Anna Sanders. Both subjects advised that they paid David Sasser $350.00 dollars to build their son a bunk bed. They advised that Sasser told them that he spent all the money and didn’t buy any supplies. Mark then agreed that he would take Sasser to get the wood that he need, and pay for it.

One of the detectives investigating the crime talked to Timothy Cole in a parking lot near the crime scene. Since Timothy was black and close to the crime scene she thought that Colin could be responsible for the rape. The detective followed Cole and took a Polaroid picture of him. Latter the detective showed the picture of five suspects including Cole.

On 10/25/15 I arrived at 6011 Jacksonville-Conway Road in reference to a possible shooting call. Upon arrival I made contact with Margaret Davis, who advised that on this date her ex-husband, Jerry Davis, shot himself at his residence. I observed Mr. Davis in a medical bed in the living room of his residence with a small caliber handgun in his right hand and laying on his chest. I also observed a spent .22 Long Rifle cartridge laying on Mr. Davis' shirt next to his right hand. Mr. Davis did not have any immediately observable wounds
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
I responded to 716 Longfellow to take pictures of the damaged room. Sgt. McMichael also responded. I met Davison at her house. Davison stated that the only suspect that she can think of, is Cameron M. Williams (DOB 05/24/1991)
On 04/14/17, at 4:30pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to the area of Carnation Drive and Blue Bonnett Drive on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog to a minor. I arrived at the location and was met by dog owner Christine Belcher and Blendon Township Police Department (BTPD) Detective Sergeant E. Moynihan. I asked what happen, Ms. Belcher stated that her daughter Daisha Decree were walking their Rottweiler name Bolt when victim Victor Schuetz asked to pet the dog, Ms. Decree give permission. Mr. V Schuetz started petting Bolt on the underside of his neck and move to the top of his head where he was bit.
On April 26, 2017 members of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to United Medical Center to speak with the complainants Allen and Schatzman Complainant Allen reported to officers that she and Complainant Schatzman because of something that Complainant Allen posted on Facebook. Complainant Allen and Schatzman advised that they were punched about that face and body. Complainants Allen advised that the defendants were her neighbors Qyneshia and Francheska. On April 27, 2017 your affiant along with Detective Abdalla interviewed both complainants Allen and Schatzman at the Sixth District Station.
In the Hit and Run case, there were scene photos taken of Oropeza-Quiroz. Detective Brown printed one of these photos to provide to Hicks for possible identification of “Ricky.” We again met with Hicks in the jail and showed him the photo of Oropeza-Quiroz. Hicks immediately recognized “Ricky” in the photo and said, “That’s him.” I also explained to Hicks that we were still looking at his phone and asked if I had the consent to look at his contact list to find Ricky’s phone number.
The investigators use them to identify the suspects and present a narrative of what happened, but both the identifications and narratives are flawed. Karen Wise, a worker at the J.P.'s convenience store had seen two men in her store "acting weird" Mayer, 1987, p. 29) the night of Denice Haraway's disappearance. The police sketch artist made composite drawings of her descriptions, and Lenny Timmons, a witness of the disappearance, confirmed that one of the composite sketches was at least "in the ballpark" Mayer, 1987, p. 29) in resemblance to whom he saw at McAnally's the night of the disappearance. The main problem with this identification is the accuracy of the drawing. Timmons does not confirm the second face, and the one he does confirm is only a broad, general likeness. "
George Potzgo, 7 Darlin Dr. Reading, Pa. 19609(484) 638-0861was advised of the identity of Investigator Sean P. Brennan and of the confidential nature and purpose of the interview, Potzgo, provided the following information: George Potzgo has been a constable for over 12 years. One time Potzgo explained, he couldn’t remember the date; he was standing with Judge Hadzick, Kylie Scott a security guard and her sister Ashley Scott who is also a constable outside Judge Hadzick’s courtroom. Ashley Scott showed Hadzick something on her phone. Potzgo didn’t see what it was on Ashley’s phone, but Ashley read it out loud for everyone to hear. Potzgo couldn’t remember exactly what it said but it said something about a threesome or foursome between the constables and the judge.
