By following the 8 principles of quality management, an organization can easily meet the needs of stakeholders and customers. The principle can describe the fundamental truth or law thus principle of quality management is the fundamental truth or laws that created based on quality management. Derived from the ISO 9001:2000 standard, these eight principles are Customer focus, it emphasizes that a business should understand and meet present and future expectation and requirement of their customers. It will increase the revenue, customer loyalty and reduce waste to spot new customer opportunities and satisfy. Secondly leadership, without a crystal clear and power leadership the business will flounder. This principle concerned with the unity of purpose and direction of the organization.
