The world today is dependent on cellular devices, that even includes being attached to a phone while driving a car. Should someone be able to text while one is driving? Texting while driving is really bad and has killed many people in the world, so why is it still legal? Truthfully though laws are amazing in theory, but not everyone will follow them. Texting should be banned by the government because a law, because without one it can only go down hill.
A “Nuclear Bomb” is a weapon of mass destruction that can lead to many disadvantages but at the same time many advantages. If you were to be a person that hosts a Nuclear Bomb and you possibly decide to release it, other countries will come against you and fire back, so basically, all the countries that have these weapons know that if they fire, others will fire too and that can be useful. Some even believe that the Second World War ended earlier than it should've when they used a Nuclear Bomb against Japan. "It is impossible to win a nuclear war, and both sides realized that maybe for the first time." - Fyodor Burlatsky (USSR) A Gamma Ray is an electromagnetic wave with a high frequency and a low wavelength which explains why it emits a high
All of the above mentioned points are unethical and is considered a crime in most of the states. Everything is just a click away from you, this is mostly used for a negative purpose. For example if a kid reads about some incident on social media but its content may not be appropriate for him but he can easily access that while just typing it on google. Most of the teenagers are involved in unethical activities and smartphones have made it easy for them to continue these unethical activities which is not only destroying our culture but also causing different diseases. Most of the kids like to stay at home and spend their time on social media or playing games on smartphones rather than going out and doing physical activities, this results in several health issues in them due to lack of exercise like obesity.
After the gruesome attacks of 9/11, the United States government passed a legislation called the Patriot Act in attempt to cut down on the terror attacks. This act gives the NSA, or National Security Agency, the ability to oversee our actions. The NSA’s approach to surveilling the population is obtaining the information by tapping into technology, such as phone calls, internet pages and searches, and viewing emails and texts. Thus, controversy has triggered due to the fact that these actions are unconstitutional, and much terrorism that remains. The NSA should be greatly altered because they invade the privacy of Americans, unlawfully goes against the constitution, and we lose our rights.
Why Government Surveillance Is Unnecessary Whether people know it or not, the NSA has been conducting mass surveillance on American citizens since the early twenty-first century. Many people argue whether it is good or bad for the people of America, but studies prove that it has a more negative than positive effect. The NSA stands for National Security Agency in which they are an intelligence organization meant for global monitoring of American citizens (www.nsa.gov).They have been known for processing data from Americans and foreign country leaders to find information they are looking for. Government surveillance has a negative effect on society because it invades citizens’ rights, creates a bad reputation for America, and it violates the
These terrifying events have caused an uproar in our current times. Many believe that because of these horrid events that certain gun laws should be put into place, certain guns to be outlawed (ex: Assault rifles), or even guns in general to be banned. But what will that do? Banning these guns only makes them more of an attractive object towards criminals. The killers that are doing these mass shootings are already criminals breaking the law, so why would they follow anti gun laws?
There were many people jailed with one reason, they are Muslims. It constitutes a dictatorship type of government and not a constitutional government that promoted democracy. They also did not respect and appreciate the international law. Action should be taken even though US is a strong and major countries, but, human right must be prioritised. The act of President Bush accused Osama as the main actor of the attack, we could see it clearly that his ‘intelligence’ which because they can know who the real enemy is in just few hours of the attacks.
The death penalty can be a greatly valuable device in sentencing criminals that have perpetrated a portion of the most exceedingly terrible crimes known to society. It is basic that we start to pass enactment making capital punishment lawful all through the United States so justice can be served appropriately. The morality of the death penalty has been hotly discussed for a long time. Those opposed to the death penalty say that it is immoral for the government to take the life of a citizen under any circumstance. This contention is refuted by Immanuel Kant who set forth the idea that, a society that is not willing to request a life of some individual who has taken another person 's life is essentially immoral.

Obviously, Mike is honestly anxious about something. He believes our strategy with regards to Israel and Saudi Arabia, is becoming excessively unfruitful. “I’d dump the Israelis tomorrow”, he reasons that the only way towards fixing the issue of misinforming the public about the costs of war (dead Americans) is through breaking ties with Israel and deserting Saudi Arabia. People do not agree with women’s rights so let them be. Interventionism is not so far off from something like the tyrannical nature of bullies around the middle school playgrounds of the United States, poking around in other people’s business, reminiscent of authoritarian leaders of the past.
4 & 5) (Johnston, 2015, graph) The FBI should focus more on how to prevent drug crime. Many policies were put into effect because of how massive the terrorist attack of 9-11 were. These policies are a huge part of what American and it 's government is today. Without some of these policies we could be in the equal amount of danger we were 14 years ago with 9-11. These polices are part of how life is now.
They now have unprecedented power to monitor the phone calls, e-mails, without a warrant. This is a great way to monitor terrorist but for the normal non criminal citizen it 's a violation simply because they can collet such things as religous affilations. medical conditions, close friends, romantic partners, gun owners and any additions. there is a movement in congress for a cleaner auterazation
The thought of a society without a militia is sickening with terrorists being able to attack any helpless citizen. Sure, the alternative weapons are useful, yet they don 't have any range upon the enemy and some people can not acquire the physical force or tactical skill needed to fortify. Gun control makes it so only the fittest of the fittest survive, which means even more deaths when terrorists attack. To add, gun laws do not prove any use. Even though gun laws prevent deaths, they infringe so many rights in the immutable Bill of Rights, which is one of the foundations of the great United States.
People also “...support the rights of hunters, sport shooters, and recreational gunmen.” (openreader.org).Criminals are already breaking the law, so adding more won 't deter them. “Criminals will get hold of guns – indeed, by definition, if guns are outlawed, one becomes a criminal just by acquiring one – and leave non-criminals more vulnerable than ever.” (bigthink.com). Gun control laws do not help deter, and only slightly inconvenience them. Guns are a high trade item in the US, so there are definitely many other illegal sources. Also making strict gun laws takes power from the people.
