The detective learned James Anagnos and Frank Wright had an argument an hour before the bar closed. That made Frank Wright became the number one suspect. With the technology of that time, they could not prove that the hair belonged to Wright. Until 2010, the hair was sent to a private lab in Texas, the DNA test confirmed that the hair belonged to Frank Wright.

The story of Casey Anthony was more than odd. According to USA Today, Caylee Anthony went missing on July 15, 2008.In December of 2008, Caylee’s body was discovered in the woods near the Anthony household ( Boweman). Grandmother, Cynthia Anthony, had dialed 911 the day Caylee went missing to notify police that Casey Anthony had kidnapped the two-year-old; along with stealing a car and money. Though, it had been an odd phone call because once the car had been returned Cynthia had re-called the police saying “My daughter’s car trunk smells like there has been a dead body in it”. This is strange considering the articles of evidence found in the trunk.

The primary crime scene,
Introduction In this paper, I will discuss the key facts and critical issues presented in the Wayne Williams case. Dissuccion In 1979, a travesty began unfolding in Atlanta, Georgia when young black males began disappearing then turning up dead some time later (CNN, 2010). The trail was cold as investigators continued to receive reports from families around the city.
In September of 1961, a woman from District of Columbia had an intruder break into her apartment. While the invader of the home was there, they had taken her wallet, and also raped the woman. During the investigation of the crime, the police had found some latent fingerprints in the apartment. The police then established and processed the prints. The prints were then connected back to 16 year old Morris A. Kent.
Since there was no root of the hair the tissue DNA of the hair could not get a precise identification. Mitochondrial DNA was instead used to narrow down the identity. It could not give a precise identification, but it did narrow it down to be a female in the Anthony family. The hair showed characteristics of decomposition on it (“Forensic Analysis of the Casey Anthony Trial”). They also did an odor analysis in the trunk of Casey’s vehicle.
Evidence also shows that there was a hair recovered from Beernstens pubic area. The DNA was matched to Gregory Allen. Gregory Allen had already been put away for sexually assaulting another women, so in that case it was obvious who the real rapist had
The fiber evidence presented in this case was so overwhelming and simply was the driving force leading to Wayne Williams conviction. I do not believe the prosecution would have been able to obtain the same results without it. The credibility of the FBI forensics investigators and their reputable crime lab made for excellent testimony concerning the fiber evidence at trail, which the defense was simply ill prepared to counter attack its merits (The Atlanta, n.d.). Other evidence was presented in this case, and much of this evidence while certainly impactful on the case and to members of the jury, this evidence alone without the fiber evidence would surely not have held up to the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt.

“On the radio, the news talked a lot about the blood that had been found and some kind of scientific test that was more accurate than anything else. Ninety-nine percent accurate. It was called DNA. I tried to learn everything I could about it before I brought it up with Rich” (Thompson, 171). They had to get Jennifer to consent to the DNA testing or get a warrant to test her DNA.
