Dick and Eric are totally different people. Columbine tells you about Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold’s massacre at the high school. It explains they both had anger in them and they basically wanted revenge and to be known for something huge. In Cold Blood tells you the story of Dick Hickock and Perry Smith murdering the Clutter family. Dick and Perry didnt really have a reason to kill them but for money which they didnt even get. They did commit the same crime, but they had different reasons why. Eric was full of hate. He only actually liked a handful of people. He had a very rough childhood, and didnt have that many friends throughout school. Eric had a journal full of his daily throughts and feelings. Alot of what was in that
