A healthy lifestyle is the way of life based on the choices you make about your daily habits which helps to keep and improve people 's health and well-being. Basically a healthy lifestyle, it involve four aspects of our daily habits , there are “Diet,” “Exercise,” “Relaxation” and “Sleep.” In the other words, to have a healthy lifestyle, we need to consume a variety of healthy food , get regular exercise, have time to relax and get enough sleep to give our bodies take a rest and recover or growth. A healthy lifestyle leaves you feeling physically and mentally better, energetic and improve the quality of life.

Diet is the sum of the food consumed by an organism or can be said as the particular pattern of eating.. We should eat three nutritionally balanced and healthy meals per day. For a healthy lifestyle , the diet that we consume or having must be in balance, healthy and nutritious. Balance diet can provides us the correct amount of all nutrients that needed by our body without excess or deficiency to maintain our health. A healthy diet provide human nutrition without exposure to toxicity or excessive weight gain when consuming excessive amounts and for nutritious.
