A "Reflection" Paper composed of Doctoral Business Administration Program I am pleased to reflect on my experience for this term in the Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) program. The DBA program road to achievement is not straightforward. There is a bump call failure; research called understanding, delays called work, yellow lights called deployments, red lights called family. But, I find determination, perseverance, and faith can lead to success. Moreover, I have always been a thinker, but throughout my coursework, I have greatly sharpened my critical analysis skills. Instead of focusing on proposed meaning or background, I have continuously as why on many different levels. Also, reading various research information I learned to view different approaches and make connections; this helped me develop a deeper understanding. In my view, I do not enjoy classes that don’t test me. I’ve always persevered through stressful situations and test myself by demanding responsibilities. The DBA program will present me with a course of study that will test and meet my intellectual standards. As a student, I have a custom of making things more stringent than they have to be to challenge myself. That’s why I was content while addressing the challenges, and I found the discussion board activities, exciting, inspiring, and thought-provoking. Nevertheless, the course, there was so much valuable information that I became to know which drove to become more challengeable. The learning experience of this class has strengthened my inner ability, and I can positively admit that I am almost ready to prepare myself for new instructional information to
