The biggest headaches I get are from those students who have no training and no experience—yet they’re certain they have a divine gift or instinct for executive protection. These students are trainable, but they might have to repeat the class after some field experience to really understand what is new and different about this discipline. Repeating my classes is always free, and some lessons are much more real to students the second time around. I have a great track record with the quality of students who have come through my school. Nearly all are motivated to help others.
The entire experience is engraved in my mind atleast through spirit and I don’t regret a second of it. The commotion of the whole adventure taught me valuable life lessons. At first I was so hesitant to enter something that I would’ve regretted not leaping into. A voice in the back of my mind presented me with every doubt possible shouting fears into a void I contained inside me. Ultimately I didn’t want others to judge me negatively and decide something I couldn’t remove from their opinions.
This international experience helped me to improve my language and communication skills. Besides teaching, I got exciting opportunity to work as a research assistant. While working with experienced research professor I discovered my love and passion for research work. My work ethic earned commendations for the quality of my research work. I earned the reputation of being a good team player who is conscientious and hardworking.
The Career fair mock interview session was an excellent learning experience for me. Going into the interview I was somewhat nervous at first, but truly enjoyed and appreciated the event overall. The staff was well prepared and gave the precipitants crucial feedback that would be of vital necessity in the long run. The key purpose of the Career fair mock interviews was to give the young students and professionals of Southern University tips and pointers that would make them appear more appealing to potential employers. I was able to grow professionally through the experience due to the various questions I was asked and the feedback I received as a result of my responses.
Time management has been one of the most substantial hurdles of my scholastic and professional career. Many of us waste our time on things that are neither important nor necessary, instead of using that time for something of that is meaningful. To capitalize on the use of time management strategies and reach my Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) program goals. I will execute two specific time management strategies, for example, accessing and planning a weekly schedule while adjusting my daily schedule. Time management will help me maximize the use of my time and reach my ultimate DBA goals of completing each assignment.
This module and coursework requirements were directed to present some crucial and effective experience for me. During the entire course, I had learnt a number of different learning, which can be proved quite helpful for me to build a successful and attractive career ahead. When considering the importance and even the significant of effective lesson planning, quite often we immediately considering the benefits that this can have on the student. Effective lesson planning certainly does benefit the student, discussed later in this essay. The benefits of planning for the teacher However, the teacher benefits of planning must also be considered. This means an effective class and raised teaching standard which in-turn improves the overall motivation of the teacher.
