PER REPORTER: On 10-7-2015 Dottie drove to the veterinary clinic with Brileigh in the car. The reporter said that Dottie was so mental disoriented that she could not tell the staff why she was there. The reporter said the staff became concerned about the welfare of Brileigh and was going to call 911 until Dottie’s daughter-in-law came driving by. Per reporter the staff made the daughter-in-law call 911. Dottie was brought to the Wayne General Hospital by EMS. Upon arrival the reporter said Dottie was in and out of conscious.
