Mikiah reported to a teacher of being fearful for her life. On the morning of 5-20-16, Sandy was choked by her boyfriend because he thought she was stealing his dope. The incident occurred in front of Mikiah. This is not the first time Mikiah has reported physical abuse to her mother from a significant other. It was unknown if anything occurred to Mikiah. She would go to school dirty. Her teeth are in need of a dentist, and she has had a broken tooth before. Mikiah 's gums may be infected. She has a lot of absentees, and would come to school late. She stated that her mother has moved to another address, but she did not know the address. Sandy drops and pick Mikah up from the bus stop they no longer lives
