Last year all of the eighth grade took a test to determine some of our strongest traits and characteristics. I got the traits Verbal, Analytical and Creative thinking. I don't think that these are my most prominent traits but I feel as though they are some traits I possess. First things first, Verbal. Being verbal is being able to express yourself well and with an advanced vocabulary. I personally agree with this trait especially within my age group because I don't see many people writing the way I write. I write very flowery, in fact I had a whole document dedicated to describing things with very flowery language. For instance if you said “the sky is pretty tonight” I could say “the darkness envelopes the evening sky like a blanket and the stars are holes that have been poked in the giant tapestry”.

Being analytical is being hyper critical and breaking things apart to observe all possible options. An example of being analytical is crime scenes. When detectives go through crime scenes they have to look at every piece of evidence and break it down to see it's meaning and weather or not it's important to the case. I agree with this trait but I feel like anyone could have this trait because it's so common everywhere you go, even in different thought processes, analytical thinking is present. My last trait is creative thinking. Now this I disagree with this almost completely because I don't consider myself a very creative person. I don't consider myself to be a really boring not creative person but I don't consider myself to be really creative. I see people all around me being as creative as creative gets and I see hardly any of that in me. Being creative means that you can make things up quickly and can also be very much your own thing and very much your own ideas. If you're creative you're used to thinking outside the box and you're good at it
Mr. Eric Maisel once said “Creativity is not a talent or ability. It is the fruit of a person’s decision to matter.” In his book, “Become a Creativity Coach Now!,” Mr. Maisel has written countless books and articles on how one does not need to have a certain ability or talent to achieve things. In his article, “The Smart Gap” published in Psychology Today, he talks about how a person doesn’t have to be the smartest person in the world to achieve things. Eric Maisel manages to talk about the subject of not being as smart as other people in a way that makes you understand and want to try better, but it also makes you feel bad about yourself.
“Don't think. Thinking is the enemy of creativity. It's self-conscious, and anything self-conscious is lousy. You can't try to do things. You simply must do things.
However, where is your creativity coming from? It must be in your memory. Something that you see, you learned, you have felt. You might unable to figure out when and what impress you, but they will keep in your mind.
The ability to think is an innate action that, for the most part, all people possess. Nonetheless, not everybody has the ability or knowledge of how to develop this quality into something greater and beneficial. Critical thinking is not inherent; rather the skills necessary to think analytically must be learned and practiced with an open mind. It involves listening with the intent of understanding others, drawing conclusions based on strong evidence and asking curiously about the situation. Not only must one be willing to evaluate a situation slowly and thoroughly, but one must also respect the views of others and accept the possibility of being wrong.
Were you surprised by the strengths identified? Overall, I was not surprised by the strengths identified after completing the assessment. The five strengths identified included: achiever, learner, focus, restorative, and futuristic.
But when you have creativity, you are able to solve the problems you are facing with your imaginable idea and turn it

Without creativity and the well in being yourself nothing original will be done or produced. Although, I believe being creative is the value of maintaining authenticity being creative does not necessary mean paint something different or the capacity of creating something new. Being creative is just being able to think for yourself and be able to imagine things. In other words, the ability of being being yourself. Although this life experience I am about to share has nothing to do with the digital cultural I believe this experience somehow relates to the topic of “maintaining authenticity”.
However, there is a fear that true creativity is a fading due to a lack of ingenious minds. Why? Philosophy can be seen as a pattern. When one person has ideas, and establishes them, another person picks them up and practices them; continuing a cycle where thought for oneself is nonexistent. Nietzsche proposes
Those ideas may be seen in their daily life or even in work. Creativity is a requirement for several well-paid jobs like physicist, music, drama teacher, or astronomer, therefore being creative helps the children a lot in getting a pleasing job. (Loudenback, 2016) A
While Ken was talking, he had some very convincing points. How the art classes like dance and music are less important than classes like math and english. “Creativity come from within,” said Ken. I agree 100 percent with this because you can not make someone creative, creativity comes from the person’s feelings. Kens’ view was focused more on how schools do kill creativity.
An idea is salvation by imagination. -- Frank Lloyd Wright INTRODUCTION Creativity is defined as seeing what everyone else has seen, and thinking what no one else has thought. Creativity is the process of producing something that is both original and worthwhile and characterized by originality and expressiveness and imaginative.
I absolutely agree with this result as I am a logical thinker, like to be exact and organized, and persistent. Analyzers are known for thinking things through before making decisions. They will collect information to make to the most logical decisions. This has honestly been one of the most challenging aspects of my new position at work. I am now a supervisor in which I have to make decisions on the spur of the moment, therefore, I often spend too much time questioning if my choices are right.
Some people think that creativity is only involved in musicians, artists, singers, actresses, etc, its not like that. Creativity its an art, its really an art, even sometimes we don 't noticed it. We do need to be creative for everything in life. Creativity is the use of the imagination to enable the user to explore ways of solving problems, enquiring and thinking about their work. The top three critical thinking skills will be explained and examples will be provided about how one can use these at work, school, and throughout life. Analyze There are several ways that one can apply this individual critical thinking skill at work, in school, and throughout life. To analyze means to break material into essential components, determining the way the components would connect with each other and also to a general objective or framework via differentiating, organizing, and also attributing (Forehand, 2010).
