Introduction

AB Bank is one of the largest international financial institutions with successful branches in one of its key financial centers in Bahrain. The bank offers a variety of products and services and is considered an equal opportunity employer, which employs around two hundred employees in its thirteen departments. Recently, the bank has been trying to form a strong sales team within the Retail Department, which is capable of meeting sales targets and excelling in performance, however, the high turnover rate of sales employees has posed as a significant issue for the past two years.

The sales team should consist of eight employees. During the first two weeks, employees receive training on the overall bank products and are rotated around the whole Retail Department in order to learn about the systems in place and observe their colleagues’ selling skills. …show more content…
