When selecting an appropriate candidate for a particular task, a company should ensure it aligns the candidate's interests with the company's values. Hiring managers are responsible for several tasks, such as identifying staffing needs for a new position, defining roles and responsibilities for the hiring team, setting expectations for the interview process, crafting detailed and accurate job descriptions, and conducting the hiring process successfully (Noack 37). Any undergraduate student majoring in marketing, computer science, data analytics, economics, and business can apply for the vacancy. The job description outlines the essential competencies and skills needed for a candidate. Tasks include company development strategy, outreach conduct, profile creation, and data analysis. Other tasks include implementing company growth strategies and developing and conveying value propositions. Soft skills include strong research abilities, organizational talents, and Ms-Excel efficiency. Self-motivation is also a key factor to be considered. This internship aims to assist in completing the organization's goal, which is to focus on developing long-term value in the consultancy market. The data analytics intern will offer critical help to the business development team. They will also not only gain insights into the infrastructure sector but also get experience interacting directly with top staff members.

To begin with, Tom exhibits a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork. His resume depicts several instances where he was part of a challenging workforce. For example, he learned how to work in a group setting. He also managed time while balancing three projects simultaneously in a group and individual setting. He also helped others when they were stuck. For example, he has mentored several students, answered questions about career prospects, and raised funds for projects such as constructing a computer lab, library, and sports equipment. Additionally, he is a great team player, as seen in RR Fashion membership and SA Analytic Club. He started a successful club in the School of Business, initiated funding for the club, invited guest speakers for the club, and recruited four designers for a charity fashion show. He learned to work in a team when he was an intern at AYZ firm. Inters are known to withdraw from groups because they are not used to working in them (Bertheau 200). However, Tom's case was unique.
