Asia-Pacific Economic Operation or APEC is a group composed of 21 members who are political members that promotes free trade throughout the Asia-Pacific region. It was established in 1989, and Singapore being its headquarters. The newest member of APEC was Vietnam since it was the latest to join in November of 1998. During this years meeting, Columbia was an observer, and hopes to become a member. The Liberalist perspective fit this topic because APEC establishes patters for coming up solutions with international and economical conflicts, and it gives more attention to the beneficial relationships of each member. A lot of students gave different names for APEC that was applicable to their situations such as “A Peaceful Escape from College” and “Assignments, Papers, Essays, and Cramming.” Students looked forward to APEC to get their breaks. There was also an issue that floated around after the Paris attacks. People were so scared that the terrorist group ISIS might attack the Philippines next since all of the powerful leaders are under one roof. There was also a video circulating the Internet about a warning of the terrorist group to the safety of the Philippines. Everyday people around the world are fear for their lives, scared of these terrorists, the only thing we can do is to endure. But thankfully, nothing along the lines of terrorism happened to the Philippines during these times. The Philippines reportedly spent 10 billion Pesos to carry out the APEC event that lasted a week although the conference only lasted for two days. It was also said that the tight security for the delegates was included in the 10 billion splurges. The Articles of Confederation structured the first government of the thirteen states. The thirteen states included: Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, Maryland, Massachusetts, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Rhode Island. However, Rhode Island did not vote to revise the Articles right away. Therefore, the proposals of the Constitution continued to be declined by the other states due to not having a balance on votes. When Rhode Island finally sent a representative to the Constitution Convention, the Constitution was approved.

From my perspective, the severity of climate change indeed can affect the decisions of policy-makers, such as green policy and governance. A few years ago in 1807, congress had passed the Embargo Act, an act that forbids foreign trade. Today, a few years from that day in 1807 we look back on the preoccupations that have occurred because of the act. In just one year we saw our U.S exports decline by $84,000,000. We started with $109,000,000 and ended with $25,000,000.Thousands of Americans have turned to smuggling. The Embargo has trigger a serious Economic Depression and not much can save us right now.

Established in 1945 after the World War II, United Nations Security Council is the most powerful organ among the six organs in United Nations with the authorized power to issue legally binding resolutions. This council consists of 15 members, 5 Permanent Members – the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Russia and China – and 10 Non-Permanent Members voted by the UNGA for 2 years term. According to the charter, the responsibility of UNSC is to maintain international peace and security. It determines the threat to peace and act of aggressor; moreover, it investigates any disputes between the UN Member states. The United Nations Security Council also has the military force to prevent or stop the aggressor.

Article 2(4) of the United Nations Charter states that, "all member states shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, nor in any manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations” . It is therefore a unilateral agreement signed by member states against the use of force when dealing each other. World events however since the signing and ratification of the UN Charter have indicated that states who are signatories to the charter continue to use force against each other for various reasons. Some 25 years after the writing and ratification of the charter one cannot doubt that states have used force and sought to justify it through individual or collective self-defence claims, as well as humanitarian claims in furtherance of national agendas and to increase territory. What should come into mind when discussing education in developing nations is that what the students in these impoverished regions need are not more academic skills, but rather life skills that enable them to improve their financial prospects and well-being. These may include financial literacy, health management and so forth. These children do not need more of math or geography because education in developing countries completely differ from the developed nations

However, this measurement is not precise enough to be reliable until other interconnecting factors like greenhouse gases are taken into consideration. The main origin for global warming is the infusion of several harmful gases in the atmosphere.
