1.0 BACKGROUND History Abang Burn Burger Bakar is a result from a previous business failure which was a butcher shop back in 2012. On May 1st 2012, the founder of Abang Burn Burger Bakar, Sabrie Salleh decided to start a burger stall in a foodcourt at Ampang, Malaysia using his previous knowledge and exposure in the meat industry which he learnt in Australia to create grilled burgers of high quality that requires minimal time for preparation. Abang Burn Burger Bakar decided to incorporate a franchise method of establishment to further increase its popularity. After merely two years of development, Abang Burn Burger Bakar has successful opened up over 19 different outlets and including several successful restaurants throughout Malaysia. Furthermore, a merge will both increase their own market share slightly abive the rest of the other grilled burger outlets. This will give them an upperhand in the current market as they now will have an increase in dominating power III.
