Life starts at conception A study to prove abortion is murder “It's a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you may live as you wish.” (Teresa, 1983) “The baby is not a female body part, or an elective organ”. (Sims-2013) Being pro-choice, one would argue that they should have a choice whether or not to have a baby; I would assert the mother should have thought about the risk or situation before making the choice that resulted in the conception of the child. Abortion at any stage and development is murder, as the fetus is a viable human being as proven biologically and affirmed by federal and state laws. Murder, death, and life respectively. It can process things and adapt to its surroundings. A functioning brain is a very apparent sign of life that many choose to ignore. Women often opt to go with the whole “ignorance is bliss” aspect when dealing with their abortion, usually because once they see the baby or name it or gain any type of familiarities they will want to keep it. I believe this is because God has made a special place in a woman's heart for a child. It's a divine attribute in our DNA. So by choosing to discontinue the pregnancy, the woman is denying God’s specific and purposeful order. Senses, by week 4 the child has a fully developed spinal cord, feeling, and can respond to stimuli. The baby can feel, sense pain and uncomfort. In society today, misery, suffering, and cruelty are three words no one should want to use to describe themselves. Those three words are used to define “inhumane”. And scooping out a small child or crushing their skull, is pretty much “inhumane” in its purest form. Abortion has been around for ages, and it is not going away anytime soon. However that doesn't mean we should not educate ourselves and others about the faults with abortion. People need to know that abortion is murder. That just because he child is still inside the womb, it does not mean it's not a person, human, living, breathing being, and for people to just ignore that for their own convenience is just appalling.
