Think about the power a leader has in their hands, the capability to do good or cause destruction right underneath their fingertips. How would life be under a ruthless leader like Adolf Hitler? There are many leaders out there but when it comes to the most cruel leader the first person to pop into people 's minds is Adolf Hitler. He was known for abusing his power to do terrible things for his personal greed. Adolf Hitler abused his power negatively by killing/torturing many jews and treating everyone but the dominant person in his eyes poorly.
The most important cause was military reorganization. The least important of the four causes is war guilt. The Article 231 forced Germany to take full responsibility for the war, this angered the German people. However, Hitler restored a sense of pride, reawakened a sense of self respect, forcing the world to look at Germany anew. Article 231 was viewed as a horrible thing by the German people, which made it easier for Hitler to come to power because he made Germany believe that he could fix Germany back to its glory days.
It started with Criminals, they weren’t going to jails because of course, they were different, and so they started to send them to concentration camps. After the inauguration of this horrid places, Hitler gave a famous speech in the Berlin sport palace in 1941, in this speech, he claimed the progress of Germany was amazing, he reworded himself with his own achievements all in order to get the unconditional support of their people to later convince them, for the need of war, he defamed other countries and showed Jews as threats, the perfect speech to begin a genocide who no one would notice because they were all so busy thinking about the incoming
This meant that they would be sent to camp and be eventually killed or executed on the spot. “...we all sang or pretended to do so, each one of us the Gestapo of the others.” (Haffner 6) Although there was a strong sense of nationalism and brotherhood and loyalty to hitler, it caused people to turn on each other and turn traitors in because they had the fear that they too would be punished but mainly to satisfy Hitler. People were afraid to speak out against Nazism because they had so much power and could end their lives if they showed any sign of revolting. This complete power and order also attracted people to support Hitler and his campaign. The order and strong nationalistic feelings Hitler portrayed demonstrated power and superiority which the German people longed after long periods of suffering and inferiority after WWI and the Great
In Ender’s case, manipulation might have been necessary or unnecessary. It was obvious that Ender was manipulated into exterminating an entire race. In this essay, I am going to present reasons why Ender shouldn’t have been manipulated but in fact he deeply is. One of the reasons why Ender should not have been manipulated is the guilt that Ender felt because of that manipulation. The other reason is there might have been catastrophic results because of not knowing about the truth.
The media uses the now mythic symbols of masculinity to enforce their ideologies. What the general public does not know, in relation to the spread of the ideology enforcing toxic standards for masculinity, is the why. People do not why men are expected to act in a violent way they just assume that is has always been this way, so they perpetuate the idea. People do not like to seem stupid so even if someone does not know why something is the way it is, like why men should be violent, they still believe it and understand stand it as a truth because they assume that is the way it has always been. Men in America culture have been using a system of values with no idea why for far too long.
If they are informal authority, people should look up to them during the crisis and the leader should know what to do in the situation. The masked heroes in Watchmen, however, were not only condemned by people in society, but also did not work with others to solve societal problems. The society that lacks the rule of law caused the masked vigilantes to impose their authority to “protect” the society where there are full of violence and crimes. Although they have police force and the government structure, the law enforcement does not work well. By showing each superhero’s way of putting justice without law enforcement, Watchmen criticizes corrupted government and anarchy where there is an absence of state or government, that does not apply
Macbeth and the Tempest shows us that to much power is dangerous. Do you agree? Too much power in both Macbeth and The tempest can be dangerous to an extent as this can result in having to rulers having much control which can then lead to consequences. However having an equal and even amount of power results in fairness, peace and equality. Firstly when rulers abuse their power and have to much control that they overrule all those who have less power and control as well as those who are completely powerless.
It revealed the apathy with which most German citizens responded to the violence inflicted on their neighbours and signaled to the Nazi regime that the German public was prepared for more extensive measures. Goebbels ordered it, the SA and the German public executed it. Although Hitler was not involved, his significance is still considerable in this case. His words had sparked a certain ‘creativity’ for his officers as they each wanted to gain his approval and praise. This was through drastic measures, thus the Night of Broken Glass
n. In the book, Fahrenheit 451 written by Ray Bradbury, there was evidence that Beatty was persuading and terrorizing his fellow firemen and society because of the power in his hands. Although, He was educated by reading books, Beatty was not justified for hiding the truth about censorship because he kept society from thinking, used his power for evil instead for good and sent fear throughout society. He is just as guilty as Montag because he to read books. As well as, hid information that was very valid to the knowledge of the people of the society. There is little evidence for the fact that Beatty hid the truth about censorship in hiding books, but with what evidence is relevant, Beatty will be proven guilty for his obstruct actions.
