People are different from one another, every person has his own set of emotions and individual characteristics that separate him from all other people just like a finger print, we all react to situations differently and that could be a response to our cognitive, behavioral, physical or psychological characteristics. People react to different situations in their own way and that could cause them life disability, academic anxiety is considered a disability in itself. Academic anxiety could cause severe implications to someone's life; a person who suffers anxiety usually steps away from the environment that causes stress and eventually that causes failure and in this case education. Conclusion In conclusion, although the study was concise and limited, but it had some very good finding for example the study further demonstrated that secondary school girls have a higher possibility of getting academic anxiety than boys do. And the study also found that institutional factors do not matter because the results showed that both public school students and private school students suffer from academic anxiety so there is no difference. The writer recommended that in order to treat academic anxiety, schools should adopt therapeutic solutions for the students in order to focus on their studies and not be affected by the enormous amount of stress that they go through.
