I gained my strategic thinking and tactical execution during my 15+ years of building & managing cloud services at Microsoft. I was privileged to lead Dev Ops engineering teams at Dynamics & Office Online. As Product PM, I was responsible for many product-services roadmap & launch of Office 365 (SharePoint).
As enterprise cloud business accelerator, I collaborated with several fortune 500 corporations to build O365 dedicated customer centric products & backend infrastructure services. Additionally, I drove cross-company initiative to roll out Office 365 in many regional and restricted segments worldwide.

I delivered 2 phases of this product which increased our cloud capacity predictable agility from 3 months to 6weeks. Cross team initiative that I am driving derived above results without compromising the customer experience & service reliability. Initial phases of this automation are powering millions of server’s procurements, deployment decisions across 100’s of datacenter.
I drove customer research, plan & roadmap for successful launch of Office 365 Go Local (Australia, India, UK, Canada), Go Sovereign (Germany) & US Govt cloud to tap into 20 million seats.
As a product driver, I built roadmap & delivered enterprise customer fronting products. “O365 Admin Center (Service Health Dashboard, Self-Diagnostics, Enterprise Change Mgmt.)., Express Route” & “last mile performance via Edge nodes” to increase adoption, usage, reduce customer escalations. Through these investments we reduced MOM escalations & support cost by ~20%. I partnered with field support engineers, all O365 services & Azure to deliver these products.

I managed Capital Expenditure of ~ $75 million hardware (~15K Servers), network & software rollout across 8 different global datacenters.

My team developed online service incident, change & problem mgmt. tooling, service self-healing tech & process. We built all the service life cycle mgmt. tools & trained teams around the world to provide 24 x 7 support.

I recruited & built world-class Dev Ops engineering teams in US & China. Overall organization health index of my team was always greater than Microsoft average index with individual manager rating > 90 % positive.
