The University of Arkansas has a thriving student population that combines countless cultural backgrounds. By living on campus, I’ve been able to learn about and appreciate various cultures and their practices, permitting new relationships to grow and prosper. Because of this, I want to be the one who facilitates healthy relationships among residents. Through these relationships, a positive and comfortable atmosphere would be created. I believe that personal and academic success is directly related to a good home-base, so I want to be able to create such a place for residents.

My passion is the medical field where I can assist the needs and services of others while being able to connect and create a comfortable environment for patients. On an interpersonal level, I excel as a conversationalist to personalize each interaction I encounter. With previous volunteer work for organizations, I’ve come to realize I strive in wanting to make a positive difference in people’s lives and hope to one day be able to do it on a daily basis. Physician Assistants Healthcare is a rapidly growing field in our world. Everyone needs healthcare, regardless of who you are. One type of healthcare provider is a physician assistant. My goal is to work as a physician assistant because of their versatility in specialties, their competitive salary, and my passion to help people through medicine.
My purpose for choosing to become an Anesthesiologist assistant was predicated on my interest in medicine and the haste on which I would like to begin practicing in the field. It was my childhood experiences which spurned my interests in the field of medicine and it was because of these experiences that I became enamored with the prospect of working in the field. The one hindrance for me was the amount of time that it would require to ascertain an MD, as I feel my time would be better allocated towards working in the field as quickly as possible. The amount of people that I could potentially impact in the amount of time that I would have been in school is monumental and I consider it to be one of my main deciding factors for choosing AA school

Psychology has several career options, each with educational and professional requirements. Two distinct paths within the field are Administrative Assistant and the more specialized areas of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. To navigate these differences effectively, students pursuing a career in psychology must understand the educational requirements and professional responsibilities of different paths within the field to make informed decisions about their future endeavors. Although each career path presents its rewards and challenges, all contribute importantly to the societal support structures within different working environments. Turning our focus to the administrative assistant career is a dynamic and diverse field that requires
Resident Assistants serve many purposes and play many roles in the community. They help to build and promote a supportive and active community within their residence hall and across the campus, and offer support and guidance to their residents. This aids in making Geneseo feel more like home and a community rather than simply a school. RAs enforce Geneseo and Department of Student Life rules, while also being a more easily accessible and less intimidating resource to other students in need of help. I want to be an RA so that I can become more involved in the Geneseo community in a positive way, by helping and representing other students.

Holding an RHA position requires a plethora of skills in leadership, personal balance, academic balance, professional balance, and communication. Currently I am seeking a future in the Resident Assistant (RA) positon which will allow me to learn and utilize these skills when providing conflict resolution and creating relationships within my hall. I want to be a physician because I want people to grow old. At the age of 6, one of my closest friends was diagnosed with leukemia. By age 8, the disease claimed his life, robbing him of the opportunity to experience the privilege of growing old. Unfortunately, we live in a society of vanity. We see the process of aging and choose not to embrace it.
I have been the Director of Fundraising for the Asian American Student Association (AASA) for two years now. I have always met my fundraising goals. As Director of Fundraising, I have been able to raise $1500 to $2000 for the past two years. This was made possible by writing and editing proposals, and as well as searching and reaching out to potential sponsors. A person for this position needs to be dependable at meeting goals and completing tasks that need to be completed.
If you asked me “What do you want to be when you grow up?” at the age of 5, I’d tell you I wanted to be a vet. At the age of 10, I would have replied “a doctor”. At 15, I would've said nurse. Now, at 18 years old, I have the dream of becoming a physician assistant.
Many people consider a job in the medical field most likely because it is widely accepted that if you are a doctor then you are rich. What turns most people away is the eight years of college and a lifetime of loans to pay off. When I was younger, I always wanted to be an orthopedic surgeon, but in fourth grade when you hear, you will have to go to four more years on top of the twelve you have left, your hopes are probably going to die down. I haven’t really thought about a job in the medical field until this year when I went to an orthopedic walk-in for an x-ray. The person I saw was a physician’s assistant, my mom proceeded to tell me how they are not very different from someone with a Ph.D., they can prescribe medicine and are able to choose
“It 's not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving.” Those wise words come from the one and only, Mother Teresa. Her quote comes to mind when I think of the career Certified Nursing Assistant. Another is “It takes a special person to do what you do, I don 't know if I could handle it”.
