Quality Management System (QMS)

For the organization to be effective it is important to establish and benefit from quality management system. Concept of that system is for the supplier and customer to work together and find a benefits for both.

Quality can optimize the system of the organisation. System will include all customers, suppliers, employees, contractors who will need to work together to satisfy the needs of the stakeholders.

Quality management is part of planning process and is defined by customers and can be use a competitive tool for the organisation. Quality defines market profitability and cost. Quality divides into: (2010, Abdul Razzak Rumane, p.5-6)

Process of certification can result in wasted time and effort of its not understood by the managers and owners. ISO9001:2008 process can require a lot of documentation of the internal procedures which can be overwhelming. Some of the companies can spend up to 15 months to implement the system.

B) Kaizen is another method that helps bringing continues improvement to the organisation. Kaizen from Japanese means KAI – change and Zen – means good. This method brings a changes by making a small steps and implementation entails relatively low cost. In long terms improvement process brings great results in Kaizen system and concerns both employees and members of the management. Kaizen is based on common sense and low-cost approach, and is providing long-term growth. That approach is low risk and follow quotation "Even the longest journey begins with a single step". Despite of Kaizen to be considered to be philosophy this system is a collection of tools which concentrate on the maintaining changes in recources and processes of the organisation.
This process results in significant changes by introducting minor amendments. Depending of company Kaizen elminates waste in process and continually improve them by solving them.

Many companies experiance delay in introducing the latest technology due to high cost. Accoring to
