Augmented reality (AR) refers to the combination of computer generated data, such as images and sounds with stimuli from the real world. An AR system might project instructions onto the user’s eye and on top of the real world images they are seeing. This enables the user to view both at the same time. Web 2.0 is the term given to describe a second generation of the World Wide Web (www) that is focused on the ability for people to collaborate and share information online. Web 2.0 principally refers to the transition from static HTML Web pages to a more dynamic Web that is more organized and is based on serving Web applications to users.
Taking the company to the web does not mean advertising on the internet. It entails moving the entire company onto the web; from interactive web application, to assisting customers in procuring services and products, to cloud computing ERP web applications. This all enables the company to operate in a virtual environment, and thus limiting the need for office space.
The capabilities of web based applications are limited only by imaginations.
