There are 193 countries in the world and there are many languages to speak. Some languages are spoken by more than millions of people but some are just a few. Nevertheless, everyone has well known that English is the most important language. Palacious (2015) claimed that English score is the criterion to point that the learner is or not suitable for a study abroad program. In addition, Net (2016) reported that employee who have English skills will get good vacancy and high wage. According from these above statement, there are three standardized tests that many citizens bring scores for undertaking further study and applying for a job. The first standardized test is IELTS. IELTS assess for listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English skills. Second, using for evaluate the listening and reading English skills is TOEIC. The last test is TOEFL that measure the English language ability of non-native speaker. These tests use for assessing English skills equally. In America, TOFEL is the important attribute of application. If you want to get a job, you have to get the TOFEL score. TOEIC is the important test for many people who want to work in foreign city and achieve more rate of salary as well. It becomes a reason that the TOEIC test is the important qualification for job application and the property of application for flight attendant. Bangkok airways (2015) declared that applicants need to get a score of TOEIC 550 at least. And the job qualifications of application for Research & Development engineer declared that applicants need to get a score 600 at least (Asia Pacific Company,2016). Finally, standardized tests are important to expand a chance for work. From this statement above, we think that standardized tests help increase job opportunities which support salary
