1. Introduction Fast food is a kind of food that can be prepared and served very quickly. In the quick-paced life nowadays, such type of food is perfectly suits people especially young individuals from city all over the world. Junk food businesses are overwhelming the food business, with each huge food chain producing multibillion dollar income, making a huge number of occupation opportunities and affecting eating methodology internationally (Rupavate, S. 2015). According to data, in 1970, there were around 30,000 fast-food restaurants in the United States; that number expanded to 222,000 by 2001 (Therien, S. 2013). Additionally, in 2013, there were more than 232 thousand fast food establishments in the U.S. generated approximately 191 billion U.S. dollars (August 2014). The fast food industry as a whole have come a long way and is still expected to expand in the near future, which will become more and more prominent in modern societies. Therefore, this paper, with the purpose to help people make wise decisions when choosing meals, discusses the both advantages and disadvantages of fast food in everyday life. 2.
