Fair trade is an organized social movement whose purpose is to promote a global fair criterion in labor, environmental protection and social policy. Its products are various from handicraft to agricultural products (citation). The benefits come in various approaches, majority of them are connected with environmental protection and economy increase in poor places. From one side, fair trade is not only beneficial to natural environment, but also slightly improve worker’s working environment. From another side, fair trade increased impoverished place’s economy from different fields. (citation) Firstly, fair trade in different regions opening up new opportunities for commodities exchange and accelerate capital circulation velocity. Secondly, fair trade has boosted the third industry, such as logistics industry, which promoted the employment rate for the demand of workers in those industries. According to Han (2003), there will be provided with 22800 job positions in one country since every 1 billion US dollars increase in exports. To some extent, unlike previous international business strategy, fair trade furnished financial subsidy to poor people in developing countries, it simultaneously established stable working opportunities to those poor people to survive in the fierce global business environment by their own labor effort.
