Most school students have the feeling that what they study is not going to benefit them in real life. They memorize what is in the text books and forget it all once they are done with their finals. Problem here is: students don’t feel that our curriculum is relatable to the real life. This matter became educators’ issue nowadays. Curriculum is subjects comprising a course of study in a school or college. Everybody is thinking of a way to indicate the problems in our schools’ curriculum and how to fix them. This will not be easy, as Fahad Al Ahmadi – a writer in newspapers – said, but it’s possible if we tried correcting our mistakes a bit by bit. In his article Our Current Curriculums, Do They Fit Our Future Needs he indicated that he won’t be talking about what should be deleted from the current curriculum but he definitely knows what should be added. He first gave us a quick glance about the rapid changes and how fast information develops nowadays. “The world is changing so fast” Al Ahmadi said “Information being considered by a university student in his first year becomes (old) while up to his third year.” However, it’s not just about universities’ curriculums, it’s a curriculum issue in general. …show more content…
