DESCRIPTION OF PRESENT MARKET There are three factors to see if there is a market in the area. The three factors are industry information, consumer close-up, and competition close-up. For industry information, the franchise would need to analyze and see what the trends are of fast-food chicken. With the trend increasing, this is one reason that investing in a Popeyes franchise will be

Most of these problems are related to the franchise, and our competitors do not have this problem. The main disadvantages of Popeyes include following strict franchise rules, the franchisee has limited control, and inventory shipment can be late. The first disadvantage is the franchisee has to follow strict rules. An experience franchisee would not like these strict rules like having to follow what Popeyes offer and how much they have to pay people. The reason Popeyes has these strict rules because they want new franchisee to operate new franchises. They want new people to learn how to operate a franchise. The next disadvantage is the franchisee has limited control of the franchise. Again, the reason for this is so that new franchisees can learn the ins and outs of how to operate a franchise. The company isolates a few of the franchisee duties to make it easier for the franchisee to operate the franchise. The final disadvantage is inventory shipments being late. This is the biggest problem that most franchises. When the franchise orders new inventory, the wholesaler takes some time to get the order ready to ship. The wholesaler also takes time to deliver the supplies to the franchise. Popeyes has stated that they have a new wholesaler and that this problem is getting

One of the major problems Target has had is dealing with inventory. Target uses specific companies to meet online orders. When a company places an order online, employees from a specific store, closer to the address where it needs to be shipped, fulfills that order using inventory from that store. By doing so, shelves from that specific store are emptied causing sales to slow down due to the lack of products. Target understands that changes need to be made to correct its inventory woes and plan to keep on growing in its e-commerce business (Meola,
Zaxby’s offers chicken wings, chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, and chicken “zalads”. Chick-fil-a has chicken nuggets and is the “home of the original chicken sandwich”. Unlike other fast food restaurants, they offer a signature waffle fry. Zaxby’s fries are crinkle fries in a savory seasoning, also different from other
The factory style restaurants had positive and negative sides. The positives were fast, good-tasting food. However, the negatives were much more prevalent. McDonalds became a chain restaurant that appeared all over the United States. The owners wanted their food to taste the same at all locations.
1. Supporting point 1: Nowadays we can see these fast food restaurants in almost every shopping mall and there is at least one of these franchised restaurants in each area of the city and still increasing in number because of the high demand. a. Sub-supporting point 1: Although there are lots of choices of food inside a mall, but people often choose fast food as it is affordable and yet it is tasty and filling at the same time. b. Sub-supporting point 2: For example, in the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, there are a lot options of food to choose but the two franchised McDonalds are still always

This is a huge market since the U.S. and the world revolved around convenience. Although McDonald’s is very popular right now you never know if one day it will become a shadow to another company. Next, since there are so many competitors each company is trying to be unique and bring new things to the market. Whether it is McDonald’s McPick 2 or Wendy’s 4 for 4 competitors are trying to out shine each other, making it hard to compete and keep prices down sometimes. With a quick google search I found that there are over 50,000 different fast food chains in the United States alone.
