Nowadays in the modern world, we use a lot of energy to serve our life. Especially alternative energy, which is the energy come from natural and atmosphere around us. It has a lot of advantage side and useful to our life. So what is fossil fuel and alternative energy? Alternative energy is energy we can get from nature like sun, wind, water or heat, etc by the modern technology. Fossil fuel is resources we can get from the earth like coal, oil, and gases. Sun energy, also know at solar energy is the energy we get from sun to make electricity. Solar energy can be last forever, it doesn’t cause any accident and clean to use. But it’s very expensive and depend on the climate of the country. It’s popular in Japan, England and America. …show more content…

Wind energy is the energy we get from wind by the wind turbine. It can be clean, renewable, safety, and it doesn’t cause pollution. But it’s also expensive to use and depend on the climate also, it’s very noisy and it can cause the noise pollution. Although it’s very gorgeous to look at the wind farm from far away and it’s feel very

Air pollution in China is 92.65% and Vietnam is 88.28%. Water pollution in China is 79.69% and Vietnam is 76.72%. The comparison below will show my evidence: Source:http://www.numbeo.com/pollution/compare_cities.jsp?country1=China&country2=Vietnam&city1=Beijing&city2=Ho+Chi+Minh+City Global view: According to the link nationmaster.com, that show that air pollution in Vietnam is rank 25th out of 59. Water Pollution is 20th out of 59 also the drinking water have 17th rank of pollution. Which mean the life here is very poor. And the pollution of Vietnam is very, very high. People here cannot live healthy and I think the government need to find the method to stop the pollution rate increase.

My View: In my opinion fossil fuel and alternative energy are the two energy that very, very helpful in human’s life. But abusing it and cause air pollution is very bad thing to happen so we need to use it usefully and make it helpful to the life that we
The world is in need of fossil fuels. Without them, we would not have cars, airplanes, and not to mention enough energy. A lot of energy is produced from them. They are a very big support. Unfortunately, they are running out.
Pollution in California and World The world should be consider about the one of embarrassing problem in the world it is pollution, many contries have that problem. Pollution impact on human life and causes dangeros diseases and affect the animals and plants. Pollution is risk to human and make our life difficult and it give us serious diseases. We must save our life and next generation live.
“The Filth They Breathe in China,” by Michael Auslin reflects on what is happening to the air and water in China. This article describes the air pollution and why it is happening. It tells us what this is doing to our health and what scientist are saying. China 's air pollution has had great deal of problems and that the united states should step in to help generate better lives.
this occurs when pollutants in the air have a chemical reaction. This is very effective against the atmosphere. But if we all use different sources like battery powered cars ten we could use our limited supply of fossil fuels for other more important things, or just leave it alone. Not only is there battery powered cars, but we also have wind powered cars. These could be very important, and you can’t tell me this isn’t really cool!
Due to these issues, renewable resources should become our primary source of energy. First, there are many issues with the energies sources we use now, but one of the major ones is that nonrenewable resources cannot replenish fast enough to replace what is being consumed. Energies made from fossils are the most common types of nonrenewable resource. Specifically, the three main types of fossil fuels are coal, natural gas, and oil.
According to BBC News (2016), air pollution in Beijing is always in unhealthy stage. Based on 2008 to 2015, Beijing had about 49 out of 100 percent was in unhealthy stage, 14 out of 100 percent was in very unhealthy stage, and 4 out of 100 percent was in hazardous stage. Staying in a bad air or water pollution country is very tough for life. Recent research has shown that there have 4,400 people killed in pollution per day. Sometimes, the school would cancel the class because of air pollution.
As of November of 2017, Delhi, India, was the most polluted city on the planet. In 2015, nine million people died from pollution, and in India alone, two and a half million people died. The World Health Organization stated that air pollution will continue to harm and kill many people around the world, and of course India, for many years, with poorer countries being affected the most (Irfan).
It is commonly known throughout human history that the energy used is burned from coal which creates biomass. During the Industrial Revolution, coal was an essential need to everyone, hence the discovery of oil as a substitute. Yet, the mass formation from the unearthing of oil causes more damage than benefits for the planet. Humanity had never seen a more compatible source in which came a higher demand for oil. As the public has urged to generate more oil, scientists theorized that fossil fuels will eventually run out, making way for a renewable energy route in the future (Mason).
“Renewable energy resources that is naturally regenerated over a short time scale and derived directly from the sun, indirectly from the sun or from other natural movement and mechanisms of the environment. Renewable energy does not include energy resources derived from fossil fuels, waste product from fossil sources, or waste products from inorganic sources.” There are a few types of renewable energy sources. 1) Wind Energy 2) Biomass 3)
wind energy and solar energy are both renewable types of energy they create no pollution and are fully sustainable as they are both powered by natural sources and if there is no wind one day the solar panels can generate energy and if it 's cloudy another day the windmills can generate energy also the energy created during the summer can be sold to the grid for extra capital that can be used for field trips, renovations, etc. Geothermal heating systems are rated the most efficient and eco-friendly heating systems. The system works using buried coils that contain a liquid, typically a mix of water and antifreeze. The liquid is warmed to the same temperature as the earth and then runs through to the home where a compressor extracts the heat but not only that geothermal heating requires no fossil fuels so it is very eco-friendly LED lighting is an efficient and eco friendly lighting alternative because they waste much less energy in converting to light compare to incandescent lights which waste 90% of the energy to convert to heat not only that LED lights last up to 15-25 times longer that traditional light bulbs this makes LED a much better source of lights than others because it wastes less energy and it is more efficient at doing its job this is so much better for the environment because it uses less energy that other lighting sources
For many years now, it has been debated which of the new and upcoming renewable and sustainable energy sources if the best to use. Energy create from wind, is a very favourable contented in this debate as it is a very good alternative energy source. Wind energy is used all around the world. Humanity has been using wind energy for over 100 years. For example, we used to (some still do) use the wind energy to grind grain in old fashioned wind mills..
If its a cloudy day you can’t use solar power to heat up to make energy. As you can see its very inconsistent and unpredictable. It also takes more money to build these places non-fossil fuel plants rather than the traditional ones. What are some of the energy sources we use today The typical energy that a normal residents uses is electricity and natural gas.
Sustainability: If you take a look around at what’s really happening in our world, there’s an inescapable pattern of ‘what’s going on is simply unsustainable’ and in other words, it can’t go on for much longer. Sustainability is to “meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”. As cities began to grow with the population increase, the need for a sustainable development became more apparent as resources began to diminish in quantity and value. Left to it’s own devices, the Earth is a sustainable system.
these are based on fossil fuels like coal, petrol, diesel, kerosene and natural gases. Fossil fuels are obtained from biologically degradable materials such as plant and animal but undergoing million years of excessive heat, pressure, chemical and biological reactions. Thus formation of these fuels takes very long time. Also they are non-renewable sources of energy.
There are many problems that threatens society and one problem in particular, air pollution is a problem that threatens everyone. Air pollution is the contamination of air with pollutants that are harmful to humans, animals, and the environment. It began to be a problem when humans discovered the uses of fire and then the amount of air pollution exponentially grew after the industrial revolution, and is still a problem even today. The largest causes of air pollution are from human activities such as burning of fossil fuels and gas emissions from manufacturing plants. There are ways that ordinary people can help contribute to prevent air pollution and or else face the dangerous consequences of polluted air.
