A. Streaming
Streaming media is multimedia that is constantly received by and presented to an end-user while being delivered by a provider. The term "to stream" refers to the process of delivering media in some systematic manner; rather than the medium used for delivering. Media streaming performs alternative task to file downloading [12]. Another one i.e. live streaming, refers to content delivered in real-time over the Internet (e.g. Cricket Match). This requires a form of source media a video camera, an audio interface, screen capture software, an encoder to digitize the content, a media publisher and a network to deliver and distribute the contents.

B. Video Streaming
Streaming video is content sent in compressed form over the Internet and displayed by the viewer in real time. With streaming video or streaming media, a Web user does not have to perform functionality like file downloading that is to wait for downloading a file and then play it [13]. With the video streaming, the media is sent in a continuous stream of data that can be played as it arrives to the receiver. The requirement from the user side is only of a player, which is a special program that uncompresses and sends video data to the display and audio data to speakers. Here the, player can be either an integral part of a browser or one can use by downloading from any software maker 's Web site.
