RIMUP adalah Rancangan Intergrasi Murid Untuk Perpaduan. RIMUP telah pun dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia di peringkat sekolah pada tahun 1986. Usaha menilai semula keberkesanan yang diadakan menerusi seminar-seminar dan kursus-kursus yang dilaksanakan.ia memberi fokus baru sejajar dengan perkembangan semasa termasuk kesepadanan dengan gagasan 1 malaysia.Sebanyak lima belas resolusi dilaksanakan untuk mengukuhkan perpaduan kaum menerusi pendidikan. RIMUP membincangkan iga kerts kerja iaitu strategi perpaduan Negara oleh JPIN , program intergrasi. kesejatraan negara. Tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa pelasanan RIMUP daripada aspek dominen dapat menyumbang kepada integrase nasional. melalui programe mentor-mentee yang melibatkan guru dan murid daripada pelbagai kaum dapat meningkatkan lagi perpaduan nasional. Dalam programe RIMUP pelajar dari pelbagai sekolah dan pelbagai kaum akan mengambil bahagian. I conducted my interview with Michelle of Postlethwait Middle School she is the Achievement Liaison teacher. Michelle’s primary focus is dealing with assisting parent engagement, student achievement, and teacher quality. She began with Postlethwait Middle School in 2006 teaching eight grade English. Michelle has taught for 15 years and started her career in 1994 teaching seventh grade English at Caesar Rodney Junior High School. Although she incorporates mentoring in her coaching, she most closely follows the model of peer coaching.
The purpose of my reflection and artifacts is to provide you with information about my learning skills and experience that I have gained during my studies for the Early Childhood Education program. My experience throughout the course was fun especially on my Virtual Child Assignment because it was an interesting journey. I have discovered about the development and behaviour for my child Neel. This course had a good impact both on me and my learning skills because I had the opportunity to apply my knowledge skills ages and safety, the health and safety practise which I believe is important for a child. Secondly the most important part that I found in the virtual assignment was the working step by step process about the Child’s growth hence, I learned the importance of the health and safety practises which are very important for me to work as an Early Childhood Educator.

As human beings, we are all born with an entitlement of freedom of speech or synonymously known as freedom of expression as it is a basic human right. It is stated in the Federal Constitution and it is important for us human beings to protect our rights to freedom of speech and expression as it is the backbone for a democratic society. Having the right to express oneself freely without any restrictions is an essential part of what it means to be a free human being. Article 10 in the Federal Constitution states that; (a) every citizen has the right to freedom of speech and expression; (b) all citizens have the right to assemble peaceably and without arms; (c) all citizens have the right to form associations.
Due to indiscipline situation students arrive late for class, are not punctual for the classes or simply bunk classes as the class is not very interesting or rather as a teacher we are unable to create interest in the class .This may be a result of lack of lesson planning .At times effective management of time is also overlooked. Non verbal cues like body language and communication skills also play a major role in making the class effective. Problems of Classroom Management can be overcome by being prepared for class, motivating the students, providing a comfortable learning environment, building students’ self esteem, being creative and imaginative in daily lessons. A teacher should not carry personal problems to the class by being impulsive.
