Vegetarian have been practised widely in recent years, there are about 21.9% of the world population considered as vegetarian nowadays. But is it harmful or not to our body? And is it enough for us to take enough nutrients and protein to sustain and maintain a balanced lifestyle?There are various reasons why individuals should go green, including their health, conserving environment and ethnic issue.

The paleo diet does restrict one from dairy products, an alternative source of high quality calcium needs to found to substitute the dairy products. Although one has limitations to the intake of dairy, one can consume unlimited amounts of meat. This is beneficial for those who are anemic, as large amounts of red meat can supply the body with all the iron it needs to make red blood cells (09/17/2014, John-Berardi).
