It is believed that a plant-based diet can lower our risk cancer, heart disease, strokes, and diabetes. Not only are the products bad for you, but the animals are murdered everyday so we humans can eat a steak or a hamburger. The egg and dairy
Have you ever thought of being vegetarian? Albert Einstein once said, "Nothing will benefit human health and increase chances of survival for life on earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet." Vegetarian have been practised widely in recent years, there are about 21.9% of the world population considered as vegetarian nowadays. But is it harmful or not to our body? And is it enough for us to take enough nutrients and protein to sustain and maintain a balanced lifestyle?There are various reasons why individuals should go green, including their health, conserving environment and ethnic issue.
These include possible calcium deficiency if followers of the diet are not careful (Dr Michelle, 24 October 2016). The paleo diet does restrict one from dairy products, an alternative source of high quality calcium needs to found to substitute the dairy products. If one does not get adequate amounts of calcium in your diet, your bone health and blood vessel and muscle function could suffer (09/17/2014, John-Berardi). Although one has limitations to the intake of dairy, one can consume unlimited amounts of meat. This is beneficial for those who are anemic, as large amounts of red meat can supply the body with all the iron it needs to make red blood cells (09/17/2014, John-Berardi).
