There are two types of people: First, are the people who gets up in the morning, fixes their beds and start their usual morning routine. Then the second type of people, are the ones who keep on snoozing their alarms, and when they finally wake up, they would rush and get ready. Some people just hate mornings as if they're actually an old couple who's always fighting. They often wonder how some other people just get up and go and act as if mornings are the best thing in the world. Well, here are a couple of guidelines when it comes to starting your day right.

Just make sure you're not going to fall back to sleep. Once you're fully awake, get out of bed and get moving. Start by making your bed, if you don't normally do, then try doing it daily, because coming home to a well-made bed is so refreshing and relaxing. Do some basic stretching, especially if you don't have time to work out or go for a run.

It is a fact that breakfast is indeed the most important meal of the day. That is why it is not a healthy option to skip breakfast. If you're in a hurry in the mornings, it would be best to make some to-go breakfast, so that you can eat on the go, making it yourself is way healthier than the ones you get in fast foods.
Some people think that coffee is the best way to energize and help them throughout the day. A smart and healthy breakfast consist of oatmeal, Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, vegetables omelette, and more.
BE GRATEFUL FOR ANOTHER
It was easy to grab a cup of coffee mixed with protein powder prior to my workout. I chose the bike machine today. After my workout, I had some almonds and celery. I was doing great until I realized that I always eat steel coat oatmeal for breakfast.

When I was ready for school, I sat down at the table and waited for everyone else to be ready. While I was waiting, I decided to make some breakfast for myself. Schools should start later in the day so students can get enough sleep to fully function. Starting school early in the morning can have huge effects to a student's health, academics, and attendance. First of all, not getting enough sleep can affect someone's health in future. Second, many students may fall asleep in class and miss vital information for an upcoming test. Finally, as a child get older their internal clock change and it is very hard to get the recommended 8 1/2 - 9 1/2 hours of sleep.
Also, if school starts later you will be able to have a proper and healthy breakfast. Breakfast is a very important meal. A good breakfast fuels you up and gets you ready for the day. Without breakfast, people can get irritable, restless, and tired. Breakfast helps you break overnight fast and gives you energy to start a new day. This meal has proved to be linked to many health benefits.
