Collaborative Advantage is defined as several entities (industries, agencies, organization, etc.) alliance towards achieving certain goals that range from the ability to achieve organization goals effectively and efficiently to achieving ultimate growth and expansion within the market. For Collaborative Advantage to be achieved it should have six bases; (1) Access to Resources, (2) Shared Risk, (3) Efficiency, (4) Coordination and Seamlessness, (5) Learning, and finally (6) The Moral Imperative. 1. Access to Resources It is well known that many organizations collaborate and join forces in an attempt to achieve organizational objectives and needs through aligning their different resources.
