Nowadays, networking is a very useful tool for people because of its convenient, easy using, and multitasking. For example, Facebook in the recent times is very popular. People can keep in touch with their friends, relatives, or their family. Moreover, they can search for friends from Primary School, and people nearby that are using Facebook. Creative thinking is the start of problem solving. In the hospitality industry which is very complicated and potentially contains many problems that need creative thinking to be solved effectively. The competition in the hospitality industry is huge because there are so many people working in this sector with millions of hotels, motels, bars, restaurants, etc. competing for customers. Therefore, the owners of these facilities must have creative thinking in order to solve this problem. They need to devise new and unique features of their own so as to attract more customers, in the meantime, they have to limit the cost to ensure profitability. During operations, there may be many conflicts that can arise between employees so there need to be a good personnel management method to solve this problem and here comes creative thinking to make an impact. If there is no creative thinking, then the hospitality industry cannot develop and have a solid place in the service sector. Let’s take another example, a hotelier wants to expand his brand to another market, then he needs a plan and strategy to accomplish it. Because when he expands his hotel brand to a new market, there will be many problems he has to face with, for example, place to build a new hotel, cost to build and operate, time needed to regain capital invested, legal problems, etc. So he needs to be a creative thinker to find the best solutions to all the problems. All in all, creative thinking and problem solving are very closely associated with each other and also a requirement for a successful businessperson working in the hospitality
