Like no other training form, e-learning assurances to provide a single experience that accommodates the three distinct learning styles of acoustic, graphical and kinesthetic learners. E-learning also offers personalized instruction, which print media, cannot provide, and instructor-led courses allow clumsily and at great cost. In combination with assessing needs, distance-learning can target particular desires and by using learning style tests, distance learning can locate and target individual learning preferences (Kevin Kruse). Distance learning has low cost, reduces learning time and easy to access at any time.
