Entrepreneruship antransforming Nepal Entrepreneurship is finding opportunity in a problem. Problems can come in various flavors – the product – too expensive, scarce, difficult to use, slow etc.. An Entrepreneur is ther one who sees the bigger picture by creating opportunities not just for him/her but more importantly for others. The harder this problem becomes, the better the opportunity for someone who can solve it. If you are an engineer, know how to create a device that can generate wind power then, you can manufacture and sell that for cheap, this is a great opportunity here. Not many people can create this device, and once you are in customers’ homes, you can continue providing superior service and build a great business. The larger the problem, the bigger the opportunity A problem may only be for one person, or for many. If it is for one person, it – a one-time service and not a business opportunity. But if many people have the same problem, then it is a big entrepreneurial opportunity. For example, we all eat and want good quality food for cheap. However, we have food quality problems in Kathmandu now. This is a great business with a huge market as everyone hates having to buy impure and expensive food. If you can solve Kathmandu’s food problems with your business, you could be a billionaire. Plus, you would give service to millions and be thanked for the service you give. Let us take examples of some famous entrepreneurs who have looked at a problem as an
Entrepreneurs controlled the Gilded Age creating a growing economy with booming businesses and yet this has not changed over the years. John Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie can be compared to those with the names Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. Multibillionaires, who know what the consumers desire, is what these men are best at. They knew and now know business well enough to be able to control our country’s’ economy. However, these successful business men do not do it together.
As our country reached the late 1800’s, Americans found themselves face to face with era known as the ‘Gilded Age’. Companies were created and grew rapidly during this time period. Some of the most famous entrepreneurs were John D. Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie, who seemed to be the perfect models for the ‘rags to riches’ story. Many people debate which entrepreneur was a better role-model. Due to his low prices, the high demand for his products, and the way he sought to eliminate any possible competition, John D. Rockefeller is clearly the better role-model for today’s entrepreneurs.
Carnegie's business solidified the opposition however in spite of this, he trusted individuals ought to know the amount they are genuinely winning (Document 3). Carnegie realized that on the off chance that somebody didn't buckle down, they would not make the cut and get to be distinctly fruitful. Not exclusively was society enhanced by commitment to a business, however it could be enhanced by philanthropy
From this, other problems branch out such as economic disorganization and the lack
The harnessing of electricity is emblematic of this trend. As it relates to the process of innovation, the work of developing electricity as a cheap and widely applicable power source fell increasingly to the newly organized industrial and corporate research labs. The first among these were Thomas Edison's Menlo Park lab in New Jersey (an industrial lab) and the company lab established at GE (a corporate lab) at the turn of the century. Following the trail blazed by Edison, the whole process of innovation came to rely more on specialists, trained scientists, collaboration, and corporate funding-establishing the basic blueprint for cradles of twentieth-century
It was a result of the free enterprise system that Henry Ford was able to establish his business and develop it into a successful enterprise. His success as an entrepreneur not only benefited him, but it also benefited other entrepreneurs. His leadership in this field led to the development of new concepts and ideas which were beneficial to future entrepreneurs and helped them to develop their own business ideas in order to become successful as well. Therefore, it is through the success of one entrepreneur that many others were also able to
Gasoline and diesel are fossil fuels and aren 't infinite. Battery electricity are better, they don’t pollute and don 't burn fossil fuels. Instead of having a gas tank and having to fill it up at a gas station, these cars have batteries in their place and can be recharged with a larger charging station and needs 220 volts. The recharged batteries stay charged until the car is driven. Some people say that battery powered cars are slower, but it isn’t by much and battery powered cars think is worth slowing down a little if it means saving the planet.
Personal problems are specific to an individual. These are issues that are outside of the individual’s environment and control. If a large number of people experience this problem then that makes it a societal issue. These issues are both predictable and preventable. 2.2
Some examples would be Obesity, the lack of nutrients a child needs, and the influx of chemicals that come with the eating of fast food (Lombardo, ? 8 Monumental Pros??). These are problems because America has been fighting against child obesity for years and having open campus lunches near all of these fast food chains and unhealthy food choices would combat the work of the movements against obesity. This is very important because the health of a child affects how the child behaves, learns, and communicates (Lombardo, ? Top 7 Pros and Cons?.?).
As an entrepreneur, I believed that one should consider business risks rather than personal ones. This is because they will determine the success of the business. However, the author said that people should consider themselves and do what makes them happy (Komisar and Kent 3). One should consider pursuing things that bring joy to one’s life rather than doing business for the sake of getting money. We should consider the environment that we work in and the value that it adds to our lives rather than thinking about the financial benefits only.
Because of these issues, society should develop better strategies to help these people in need to eliminate the growing poverty level through the world. These strategies could include
Why Poverty Should Be Stopped The world today is full of problems. It’s difficult work for people all over the world to solve these concerns. Why? Because each of these problems are related to one another.
For many years now, it has been debated which of the new and upcoming renewable and sustainable energy sources if the best to use. Energy create from wind, is a very favourable contented in this debate as it is a very good alternative energy source. Wind energy is used all around the world. Humanity has been using wind energy for over 100 years. For example, we used to (some still do) use the wind energy to grind grain in old fashioned wind mills..
Starting your own small business and making it a worldwide company, is not easy at it sounds. This is known as entrepreneurship. There are lots of personals that we can take as entrepreneurs who have achieved their targets and have conquered the world. Among the world’s best entrepreneurs Bill Gates holds a noble title. Some critics may see him as a modern day robber but to the majority of the world he is a great inventor, a great programmer, and an ambitious businessmen.
Entrepreneurship in the Philippines is currently booming and one of the best things a person can do today is start taking action in putting up its own business or acquiring a franchise (Louren, 2017). Entrepreneurship is a state of mind. It is not identified or measured with the type of business a person is in the success of that business but rather it is the total way of life for entrepreneurs. Being an entrepreneur requires distinct personality traits such as having a risk-taking personality, need for achievement, internal focus of control, tolerance for ambiguity and having a type A behavior or striving to achieve more in less time and general competitiveness (Gilles and Mondejar, 2008). Entrepreneurship has been described as the “capacity and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks in order to make a profit” (www.businessdictionary.com).
