Why should I have breakfast? Breakfast is very essential as it boosts your metabolism, helps your brain function properly thereby improving your concentration and productivity. By skipping your breakfast you tend much on unhealthy snacks and beverages, leading to an unhealthy diet. Skipping breakfast always leads to mood swings and lack of energy throughout the day. Westernization has so much influence upon us that is has become a myth that only the cornflakes, milk and toast is a healthy breakfast.
