Wide use of NNEST: Advantages of non-native English teacher Introduction
It is now an international era. Many people can go abroad easily than in the past and many were done so to learn foreign languages. Especially, many of them want to study English, because it is most needed language in this world now. English language becomes basic condition to get high quality jobs in these days. Many countries which don’t use English for their own language are searching good teachers to learn English effectively, especially countries in Asia. Because of learner’s preference that they want to study with native speakers, many natives came to Asia even though some of them are not trained. However there is still a debate on which one is better between native English speaker teacher (NEST) and non-native English speaker teacher (NNEST). Until now, they can’t get the correct answer about which one is better. Moreover, students who want to study English are also confused when they choose teachers more suitable and effective to teach as their English teacher between NESTs and NNESTs. Each type of teachers has their own advantage. So learners have to choose teacher depends on their level and purpose. For instance, NNESTs are good in teaching grammar, advanced speaking, listening and many things. NESTs are just good in speaking, especially in basic speaking. In spite of this, I believe that NNESTs can bring many more advantages to the learners. So it is better to choose NNESTs than NESTs.

Beak Lab Analysis Charles Darwin , a naturalist, discovered and stated that organisms arise and grow and develop through the natural selection. Natural selection is the process in which nearby organisms well adapted to the environment to survive and to produce offspring. In class we did a lab where we studied the amounts of food birds get with their different sizes of beaks. For an example, we use a spoon to represent a larger beak I found that it was harder to pick the food.

Sometimes the decision is made to bring in an external professional to work with the school. This may be necessary if children require specialist assessments if concerns are raised by staff or parent/carers. Although there are many different types of professionals I am going to explain the role of three professionals. Speech therapist work with children who have difficulties with speech, language and communication or eating, drinking and swallowing. They identify the causes of the speech difficulty and create speech and language programmes.
Birds are not meant to live in a cactus but they're using it for shelter and to be kept safe. Estervansa and Estavn are the birds that are somewhere they shouldn't be so they can keep safe. It was unsafe for them in Guatemala because “ if you want to change something you can find yourself dead.” (136) But now they have a safer shelter for them like the birds have a shelter.
My experience with co-teaching has been beneficial for my class especially for the ELLs and the monolingual students. When my mentor is teaching, my lowest students sit in a different table with me. Differentiation has helped them because they get additional help, clarification of any misconceptions, restating of key vocabulary or key points and also they get to use manipulatives that might help them understand a concept better. This differentiation has helped as they are testing higher in math and two ELL students are now reading at grade level. Co-teaching allows both teachers to work together and it allows for many instructional strategies.

Why taking a second language can be helpful Learning a second language has many lifelong beneficial other than just understanding the language itself, mainly if learned at a young age. Learning a second language can be done more efficiently as a young kid, and can open up many doors for later in life while being mentally advanced. When it comes to learning a second language, the younger you start the easier you will begin to learn your second language. Younger brains learn much easier than older brains because the brain is designed for language learning to take place between birth and adolescence (the period following the onset of puberty during which a young person develops from a child into an adult).
