The technique of responsive web design begins to be widely used because it is an economical solution for those who want their website to be compatible with any browser and any device. So it could increase the visits of the page and also the navigation experience of the visitors.
But it is not always the best option. Certainly could be the solution, but not in all cases. Its use sometimes can cause other problems and it is best not to use this technique.
In general, the design of a web page based on the technique of responsive web design is not easy. The designers and developers should be well aware of HTML, CSS and Javascript, and of course to have very good cooperation with each other to achieve the desired result.
