Should Politicians have retirement age?
Vijay: Hello friends. The topic given to us is Should Politicians have retirement age? This topic seems to be interesting. Politics is undoubtedly a profession where experience matters a lot. And it is about practical knowledge. But it doesn 't mean that politicians who are experienced but lethargic cannot be retired. I think we can 't neglect the fact that old people are experienced but there should be a retirement age for them and a chance should be given to youth also.
Mahesh: This reason seems to be more logical that the old people should realize that proper development can take place only when they pave way for younger people to take control of the governance of the country. The experience of those politicians should be

Siddiq: Everyone will be having a difference of opinion. From my point of view, setting up the age limit for politicians is the mindset of the people who restrict their thinking 's. Age limit doesn 't matter in politics. We have several examples in front of our eyes like Kamarajar, Annadurai, Vajepayee, etc are brought sensational changes in Indian politics. We cannot hope much more from the younger one. Politics is so vast that it is not understood by a common man.
Mythili: Politics need a deep study of country 's economic conditions and the society. So it takes some time to become a leader in politics. If we limit them with retirement age his experience is of no use. I want to say that politics is not a corporate office that only limited number of employees should be within. One thing we should not forget that India is a democratic country. So every citizen of India has a right to choose a politician as his leader, who is capable to lead the nation.
Vijay: My point of view is a little bit different from others as I believe there should not be any retirement age of politicians. If the politician is not suppose to be retired, he is actually serving his country for its development and satisfying
In my opinion, for our government to work politicians need to listen to the people. The laws passed, the policies made need to be created with the people in mind. With that in mind, if a politician only tells the truth, then the public needs to recognize that the truth may not always be so good. For politicians to pander it may just sound like for politicians to "lie", which isnt the case. I think that politicians should stick to their own personal morals for most of the time.
Within the next years in his life his leadership and character would be immensely
For the purpose of this paper I will be addressing the Federal Government as one entity. This briefing will address the issue of an aging federal government workforce and how to attract and retain younger employees as evidenced by available research. As a federal government worker at the Department of State, my organization’s mission is to promote American foreign policy throughout the world. To ensure the continued serves to our nation, it is imperative that we plan for the future workforce. Aging population across the world will continue to pose a challenge for organizations.
Both texts highlight notable qualities and behaviours in their respective portrayal of leaders to question the success and effectiveness of those in politics. The concept of what qualities that are crucial for a legitimate
I am writing in response to the article, “Labor will look at dropping voting age to 16, says Bill Shorten” (The Sydney Morning Herald, 31/9/15). I firmly believe that the voting age in Australia should be reduced to 16 years of age. Today’s younger generation are taking on more and more responsibilities therefore making them more than eligible to have their say into who is going to run their country. In today’s society 16 year olds are capable of obtaining a job, earning their learners permit and paying taxes.
At the same time the problems of poor sanitation, health, theft additionally. (Brand, 1986). Of the above study and background about the situation of elderly in present situation shows that due to lack of support from the family they plan to get into jobs even after their retirement age because they need to finance for their old age. Sustainable development is possible only when all the age groups are included in the framework and no one is left. The Global Age Watch Index report explains that the top 19 positions were occupied by the industrialized nations.
Some may think well, I am still a baby because I am seventeen and cannot vote. I know that when I was sixteen and seventeen I was mad because everyone I knew was going to vote except me. I felt like a nearly grown baby, all because I could not vote. If I was to go around and ask many different teens do they feel that the voting age should change, I know they will agree with me. They will not only agree because they do feel as if they are not still babies, but they also know it is a great idea and change.
High school graduates are starting to feel that they must go to college. Students are consistently being bombarded with different ideas of what to do after high school, most of which require some type of schooling or degree. Instructors and counselors commonly persuade students to think that we only have one option to be successful with a college degree. College might not be for everyone! From my research, I found many articles on reasons why people go to college, reasons they do not go to college, and statistics on going and not going to college.
This is not the ethical thing to do but it continues to happen today. The elected officials are supposed to look out for the greater good up the people but in the end they only look out for their self-interest. Many of these officials get paid a lot more by doing certain favors for businesses than the salary they earn from the government. This is highly evident in Socialist states where only a select few have power in the economy. Many of these high ranking officials come into power by doing favors such as passing bills or legislation.
Because of safety concerns, many states have increased the age at which teens can begin to drive. Teens need to have their own experiences. Driving at sixteen is a great way for teens to indulge in experiences and start a more independent life. The driving age should not be raised because driving gives one freedom, driving allows teens to work, and driving teaches responsibility.
You never want to become the old person becomes the rust tractor. By this meaning once you are old you need to keep doing things and keep learning things. You want to stay the shiny tractor that keeps being used. Life is about growing in knowledge and that 's not going to happen if you become lazy in your old age and decide not to learn anymore. Most people see themselves once they are old as useless which is not true.
Moreover, they would not behave what they behave in politics towards their family members and they beloved, where this is the back stage. Therefore, we can conclude that the behaviours of politicians are dependent to situations, and the application of impression management is tremendously important to the
I was never fully aware of the topic of ageism nor was I ever concerned about it. Whenever I hear the word I think of it as regarding to the older generation. After reading on the topic of ageism, I realized that not only is the older generation affected by this topic, but also myself is. The changes in policies about ageism will take into count when I will reach that age period. Ageism is viewed differently now then it was viewed back in the day.
Imagine your 16 year old self. Would you not want to be voting in elections and make the right decisions towards politics? States in America are already lowering the age when you can vote to 16. Turn out of US voters below 25 at presidential elections fell from 50% in 1972 to 38% in 2012. The Asia-Pacific Economics Blog notes the young demographic is some of the most engaged, and by extending it to a younger age could fuel their passion for many years.
Their jobs often become a large part of who they identify as. Take my grandmother. At age seventy-nine, she is now retiring. For fifty years, being a secretary for a local government agency
