Communication is a natural skill that was awarded by God to all mankind. Communication skills can be improved to the extent that high according to the goals and interests of individuals. Generally, communication can be defined as the sharing or exchange of thought by oral, written, or nonverbal ways. To function effectively, managers need to know and be able to apply various strategic communication skills corresponding to the various management tasks. These tasks may require non-verbal skills, presentation, or expressed as managers meet other people, talk in a meeting, or to prepare a report to be read by customers or people who are higher up in the organizational ladder. To work effectively, managers also need to know the source of the information. Finally, managers need to understand the different communication channels that exist. There are two types of organization in the flow of communication, namely downward and upward communication. Two of these communications have advantages and disadvantages of each. Downward communication occurs when information and message flows downward through the official network of the organization or structure of the command hierarchy. In other words, the message and the message begins at the top level organizational hierarchy and moves down toward the ground. Responses to communicate downward move along the same path.
