II. DYNAMICS:
Economists working on the agricultural policies are interested in the determinants of the supply and consumer demand of the agricultural policies as they provide a platform for the foundation and formulation of the agricultural policies by engaging with the markets. The policy which are formulated generally have the objective of maximizing social welfare and they are formed in such a way that they take into consideration certain facts like, there will be always be some factors over which the policy would have no control (for example- climate), there will be side effects (for example- it may benefit a certain group of the society adversely and may be detrimental to another group) and that there will be constraints over an area (for example- a state’s resources may not be enough for the policy to work properly). The objectives of the agricultural policies have always been diverse where they consider the social and political stability, increase the food security, try increasing the export earnings, prevent malnutrition among children and women, and generating employment as a whole. The New Agricultural Policy revealed its ‘pro-farmer’ stance. It had a business-oriented approach to agriculture, it incentivized prices, revamped the agricultural institutions and made this sector more attractive to investors. This policy invested upon mainly in the ‘poor-but- resource rich’ states such as West Bengal, Assam, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Eastern Madhya Pradesh and the North-eastern states in order to encourage usage of technology, induce dry-land farming( Refer to Appendix III), and promote agro-based industries in the rural sector for creating additional jobs. “I write five more letters and she gives me money for stamps. On my way to the post office I think, Why should I squander money on stamps when I have two legs to deliver the letters myself in the dead of night?”(332) Again Frank is ready to do whatever possible to save money and even go the extra mile. He is motivated and quite intelligent for his age to be able find ways to be responsible with his money, in his circumcumstances. Furthermore, due to poverty Frank gets several jobs in an effort to support his family, even when the job is injurious to his health.
Ellis also provides insight into the political and social issues of the time, such as slavery and the role of the federal
Frank committed a large scale crime, and was sent to a higher security prison. When Frank arrived, he learned the Penitentiary was unforgiving and broke spirits. “His lips were colorless, his fine teeth looked yellowish. He glanced at Alexandra sullenly, blinked as if he had come from a dark place, and one eyebrow twitched continuously” (Cather 103) Frank was portrayed as the antagonist in the entire book, except readers will sympathize for Frank
Frankl shows that even when he was forced to run for miles being beaten on the way that all he thought was of his wife. All he could think about was the love he had for her. He said that when he look to the stars all he saw and heard was her. He
Frank and Leon lead very different lives from the very start. Frank, was given a better opportunity from infancy to thrive into adulthood where he was able to become productive member of society. At the infancy stage Frank, was able to develop an emotional bond with his mother and father. His parents had family support to help support them challenging times and he was able to develop trusting relationships through his stages of development. Whereas Leon, was neglected by his mother and was not able to establish an emotional bond with her at the infancy stage.
Frank was one of the most interesting characters for me, and his purpose of inclusion is to show that excellent grades and an ivy league college don’t suddenly add up to happiness once you’re past high
In the memoir “The Glass Castle“ written by Jeannette Walls, it talks about how Jeanette and her family overcome the tough times they had in their life. One of the main ideas of the memoir Jeannette talks about is how she achieved her ambition and what were the consequences of the risk she took. “Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success” by Henry Ford. This quote relates to Jeanette and her siblings because she and her sibling always worked together and helped one another when in need. Jeanette is the mostly the reason why she and her family had such a wonderful and rewarding time in New York.
In the novel, Frank says to Eldon “‘You think that’s all there is to it. Bein’ taken care of? Goin’ to school and bein’ picked on because you don’t know who the fuck you are, bein’ called Injun…’ ‘Just like me,’ Eldon said. ‘I ain’t nothin’ like you,’ the kid said.
Frank’s grieving loved ones, wanted closure of their unbearable loss "I should kill him” (Dubus 110). Frank's family was emotionally killed after his tragic death. Richard's freedom while out on bail was incongruous with the vicious homicide, he committed “Ruth sees him. She sees him too much...

Philadelphia, a film released in 1993 starring Tom Hanks and Denzel Washington was one of the first major films to cover controversial sexual health issues in the United States. After the AIDS epidemic in the 1980s, the media feared to exploit the deadly disease and issues concerning sexuality and sexual health were continued to be viewed as taboo.
