Aguila Inc.: A Case Study

It has been challenging to be a Housing Specialist/Intern at Aguila INC. It is a new experience and most of the client are really depending on my way to advocate in order to transition into permanent housing.
On Monday October 26, 2015 I escorted two families in the agency van for two different apartments located in Brooklyn (same address). I am going to named Family 1 and Family 2. Family 1 came with two of her children which one was two and the second like three months. The route was hostile and long, children were getting anxious. There were several accidents in the road, so we needed to make a detour to get to the place. I took us 1 ½ hours to get to the apartment, apparently it was supposed to be a 45 minutes ride.
